THG arranged a fantastic holiday to Thailand and Cambodia. All flights, transfers hotels and tours were excellent and the whole experience was well planned and organised. Any queries were dealt with quickly and I would totally recommend this company.

I would have rated 5 stars as hotels, flights, transfers were all excellent. What spoiled it for us was the location of the last hotel which was in Patong. We had heard negative things about Patong and queried upon booking if we could stay somewhere nicer, but were assured the hotel was away from the main area in Patong and we could avoid it. We were hoping for nature and beautiful beaches. In reality we had to go into/through Patong all the time and hated it. It spoiled the last week of our holiday. Such a shame - it was our first trip to Thailand we loved Bangkok and Elephant Hills but if we had been given better information we wouldn’t have booked this trip. Or alternative resorts should be offered.

Excellent communication and advice, very helpful staff (Janet),well organised, lovely hotels, great price. Fabulous holiday -our second long haul wifhTHG and we’d happily use them again.

Knowledgeable staff, flexible with arrangements. Ailsa was great, listened to our requirements and made it happen. Easy to talk to and confirmed all itineraries in good time to make the holiday stress free. Would definitely use again.

Great experience from start to finish with THG. There was always an actual person on the end of the phone or e-mail to give advice and make sure things were on track, staff were helpful and knowledgeable in the planning stages.
During the holiday itself all arrangements went smoothly, all of the hotels were good and internal transfers were excellent, couldn't fault them.

Good communication from the start. There were a number of moves between resorts/areas which were managed by a THG partner in country, these were very slick and professional. The chosen hotels were very good and could not be faulted. Looking to see what THG have on offer for Thailand in early 2025.

Last minute MSC cruise booked thru THG, everyone I spoke to was very helpful and knowledgeable. Confirmation and all documents quickly received after booking. Would recommend and will use THG again

From my first engagement with the travel agents they were professional, knowledgeable and ever so pleasant. We had an amazing trip, everything ran so smoothly, flights, transfers, guides and hotels, just fabulous.

From start to finish the holiday was superb, destination Asia were superb with all transfers. Kerry at THG was fantastic making it one of the easiest and most enjoyable holidays, can’t thank her enough,will Definatley be using THG for future holidays.

Gareth arranged us the perfect holiday to the Maldives, in the most wonderful hotel. Our whole trip ran like clockwork at incredible value.

Helpful knowledgeable and efficient

Fantastic holiday organised by Gareth who was with us every step of the way, the whole trip was smooth & seamless with a driver & tour guide for every trip & airport run with an unexpected complimentary meal & massage for 2 in the hotel, we both felt very safe & well looked after by THG & the Thai people.

Wow what an amazing trip to Thailand .Gareth was so helpful when booking and the organisation of the trip couldn’t have been any smoother. We stayed in 3 locations. Hotels were brilliant, private pick ups all waiting for us. Our holiday really exceeded our expectations, thank you

Extremely impressed with the immediate support we received from the travel experts at THG when our outgoing EasyJet flight was cancelled within a couple of hours of departure. We were flying to Dubrovnik to join a 7-day cruise along the Dalmatian coast in Croatia. The boat was due to sail at 7am local time the next morning so if we did not get an alternative flight the same day we would have missed our cruise. I called THG from the airport and the travel agent immediately prioritised finding us an alternative flight the same day. There was no availability with EasyJet until the following day but she managed to put a hold on the last two seats in Business class on a BA flight later that afternoon. Despite not being in the office she then immediately drove into the office to issue the tickets before the provisional booking and seats were released by BA, and by the time we were being redirected through the airport to re-collect our bags and go back through immigration she had already sent us the new tickets. She then called the company in Croatia to ensure our transfer from the airport was rearranged and they would still meet us to take us to the port and followed up several times to check everything went ok and that we made it to the boat. The response and support we received really went above and beyond what I would have expected and ensured we still had the holiday we planned, when the outcome could have been very different for us (and was for many other travellers). I can’t praise the agent concerned or THG highly enough and would definitely book and travel with them again.

Booked this THG tour via Secret Escapes, looked impressive - an all inclusive coach tour of Sicily, so ideal for our first visit. Secret Escapes did mention right at the end of its blurb under Other Details ‘tour in English and Italian’ but nowhere did they or THG say that this was actually an Italian tour, THG just added budget flights and transfers. Our flight arrived late evening, so we missed the welcome drink and meeting and only discovered in the morning we were 8 Brits with 34 Italians. The Italians did not like us sharing a table with them at meals, so after 2nd day we were put on our own table. On day 3 the Italians complained that guide spoke in English too much, so tour company told her she must speak in Italian first so we were left hanging around waiting for the English version. We did not stay in any of the lovely hotels they had named, but ‘or similar’ alternatives which was very disappointing. Although we saw a lot of Sicily and enjoyed the food, we felt as if we were a ‘bums on seats’ exercise by the tour company Imperatore, without properly considering how to provide a truly bilingual and inclusive experience for a minority group on their tour. We did not feel an integral part of this tour and would not have booked had we been told we this was an Italian-run tour. THG not interested in our complaint on return home, their ‘goodwill’ gesture of £100 on a 2 week (non 3rd party) holiday pointless as we will never travel with them again. When you use a UK-based travel company you don’t expect to be booked onto an 3rd party Italian tour without being told.

Can’t compliment this tour group enough . Just been on a Thailand tour organised by them . Sold as a five star experience and it certainly lived up to expectations! Everything went to plan without a single hitch . 3 destinations in 12 days . Thank you all ! Fabulous.

We have always wanted to go to Vietnam and THG Holidays - specifically Kerry Thomas did absolutely everything to make the holiday a perfect experience.

It is one of the holiday destinations that Kerry specialises in and not only was everything booked to perfection - hotels, internal flights, transfers etc but she advised where to start on our trip - places we must visit and everything inbetween.

We literally did nothing - Kerry organised everything and the standard of professionalism but importantly friendliness was of an extremely high standard. The partners in Vietnam were absolutely amazing as well and nothing was too much trouble.

Vietnam is such an amazing place - we had the best time. If you are thinking of visiting, then all you need to do is call THG and ask for Kerry. Her standard of knowledge and efficiency is truly very high and will make your holiday experience a perfect one.

With friends we booked a holiday visiting both India and Nepal. The organisation of the holiday was seamless, staff at THG could not have been more helpful and most importantly they held the holiday over from March 2020 to March 2023 with same same Ts & Cs. The holiday was brilliant and THG's partner in India, Trailblazers India Ltd were fantastic. Altogether a fabulous experience facilitated by an extremely professional and friendly Travel Company.
