I am a first time, solo buyer so I knew finding a mortgage could be tricky. Laura was fantastic throughout the whole process, always keeping me updated and proposing the different avenues I could take and the benefits/ cons of each option. Once we had decided on a mortgage, Laura drafted all the paperwork extremely quickly. At this point before submission, there was a lender who had changed their rates to offer me a more affordable solution, which I decided to go with instead. Even after all her previous work, Laura did not hesitate to draft a new application with my new lender of choice and she had it submitted and returned the next morning.
I really feel like my requirements, for example my monthly budget as a solo buyer, were taken into consideration and bespoke mortgage options were offered to me through Mutatio that I would not have found myself. Having an array of options helped me understand and make an informed choice, and I felt supported the whole time.

I would definitely recommend Laura and the services Mutatio Mortages offer, and will be using them for any future house purchases.

It is always refreshing to work with people who listen to what you are trying to achieve and find ways to make that happen. They have an ability to achieve things that other brokers couldn't even come near to.

Looking for a slightly different type of mortgage I decided to use a mortgage broker for the first time. Working with Steve and Laura I was able to get a clear understanding of the options and deals available. Their communication was always clear, quick and effective. Not too pushy, but enough to keep all parties moving along to get the answers, updates and actions needed. Good value for money and I would recommend to others.

From the moment Laura answered the phone I knew I was in the right place. She was welcoming friendly and confident. I told her my predicament as to the lack of insurance cover due to various insurance companies not wanting to insure a house that is in a family trust.
