I was very pleased with the service (and mortgage) that I received using Mutatio Mortgage Services. Steve was very helpful and made the process very smooth and clear. Mutatio also advised and set up several insurance polices for me and as a first time buyer I really appreciated the advice and guidance I received. Laura from mutatio mortgages is a logical hard working individual who helped myself and my wife remortgage our home after coming out of a 5 year fix deal. Laura came over and talked us through the various options in December of 2022 and due to the current climate for us a 2 year variable was best. The start of the process was very quick with conveyancing taking place within two weeks but due to an error on Barclays behalf this got strung out over two months. (Barclays mixing up land registry numbers) Laura persisted with Barclays and moved our remortgage through the various levels and has helped us complete before march. If it wasn't for Laura we would still be waiting for Barclays to put our remortgage through and be on a very high variable with our now previous provider. We would look to use Laura again and would now knowing what we know, look to remortgage 3 months ahead.
