Great product and even better service

The responses for my enquiries are generally fast. We received different design options and could finalize the design quickly. The overall quality (in terms of material, printing, design) is satisfactorily. However, the overall quality of packaging is less desirable. The boxes used in the first batch didn't fit the trophy, they are not deep enough to hold the trophies and we must use tapes to keep them tight. There are totaly 4 or 5 different boxes we received for our order, very inconsisent. Some of the boxes were broken or torn off when they arrived. When I opened the boxes to check each piece, some of the trophies were in plastic bags. The base blue cloth has not fixed well inside the box. There are a few trophies with printing errors. Some trophies were double or triple made. Some titles were printed incorrectly. I thought we have re-made a total of 7 pieces.
