The custom made glasses arrived on time and look nice. Packaging was carefully done to avoid damage. The glasses will make a great gift for my wife!

Great communication and follow-up

I appreciated the quick responses and the patience when handling repeated requests for edits and changes.

Two points I would have appreciated:

1. I never had the name of who I was dealing with online. It felt a bit impersonal.

2. The mock ups were good, but it would have been helpful to see my product (an engraved name plate) on something to get a better idea of how it might look. A computerized example, perhaps.

Everything worked out great. Excellent customer service and product.

The web site was confusing and difficult to navigate. My order was initially incorrect and it took multiple messages with the company to correct the issues. But the company seemed friendly and eager to help.

I received EXACTLY what I asked for and I am thrilled with the end result . All your help was greatly appreciated.
