I contacted this company because I…needed a new pump for Alde boiler
I contacted this company because I needed a new pump for my alde boiler. I could not find the exact one anywhere. I contacted Thomas Touring and spoke to a very helpful gentleman. I gave serial number and model of my boiler and he said he would find out. He called me back a couple of hours later and told me which one I needed. I ordered and received within 2 days and it fits perfectly. I now have hot water and central heating if I want it. I would highly recommend this company and will have no hesitation in ordering from them again.

I can’t recommend this company enough
I can’t recommend this company enough. We ordered the incorrect part for our caravan which was returned and a refund was issued straight away. Mark who dealt with the our order then spent time and effort sourcing the correct part. Very happy would use this company again.
