Excellent Service Always
I've been buying online from The Vapour Room for a long time. Only once have I had an error with my order, and that was corrected next day. To expect that nothing will ever go wrong is living in cloud-cuckoo-land. But when an error is dealt with so promptly and efficiently as that was, it scores a big bonus mark from me.

My experiences have always been great
My experiences have always been great. I normally visit the Worthing store but have been ordering online since the lock down. The service is great! The Loki range while small (4 flavours) all taste fantastic and my favourite Poseidon is well worth a try (it goes amazingly with Guinness).
I highly recommend this company

I want to rank a four star but the…
I want to rank a four star but the wrong item was sent out which would have me rank it lower than a three. Yet I emailed Thor Juice and they sent out the correct item with fairly good speed considering the covid -19.
So I gave a three star.

I'm sorry you did not receive the 5 star experience we aim for. Though I am glad that the issue was resolved quickly, we are receiving a lot of orders at the moment and some times the wrong product may be sent out but we are always there to resolve the problem quickly.

All good, however I had to order twice as first order I used free post, waited 5 + days and was out of juice, reordered and paid for DPD delivery, both orders arrived same time......
