My family has been ordering CBD products from Thought Cloud for a couple of years now and we've always been more than pleased.

First of all, I have been on prescription meds for insomnia for several years and have noticed the side effects of memory loss and concentration affecting me. A friend recommended Thoughtcloud CBD. From the very first night of taking this product, I was able to sleep 4 hrs and then fall back asleep for another 2 hrs WITHOUT prescriptions! It took a couple more nights of not taking prescriptions and only taking Thoughtcloud CBD to balance out my sleep patterns but now, thankfully, I regularly sleep 6-7 hrs a night with just 1 gummy of Thoughtcloud CBD! I'm both amazed and grateful to be off of harmful prescriptions and using a natural product that actually works for me to have a restful nights sleep! It's certainly worth it for anyone to give it a try ;)

I have reached out to you guys several times no response. I tried to use my $25 "gift card" and it was never applied.

I've been using thoughtcloud products for over a year now. I use the balms on my back and shoulder. They do wonders for me. I have a bi- monthly subscription it's a no brainer.I have at times been in contact with them to ask questions about the products and the always get back to me promptly with answers. I highly recommend them.

Great Products!
Very effective. I have Fibromyalgia, Spinal Stenosis and DDD. Your CBD products are excellent! However, so are your Delta-8 vape oil cartridges which have been extremely helpful in addressing my anxiety and sleep issues.

I have a 13 year old senior dog with degenerative disc issues, hernias, broken hardware in her front leg. I’ve been giving her CBD for around 5 years now and it’s helped tremendously. She’s 8 pounds and i give her 4 drops a day.

I found this company by watching My Basic Journey on YouTube. I tried it several times now and their products are clean, well packaged, reasonably well priced according to the current market, and they work. I recently started my elderly blind and deaf poodle on their pet formula as he has anxiety attacks and this has really helped both of us. I highly recommend this companies products. I refer them as much as possible. P.S. I am in Arizona where products are easily available but I haven’t found anyone of them I trust for their product content and safety.

I had to write this review after sending a few emails and no reply from the company.
Had missing items and one item leaking sent pictures also.
Customer service is terrible.
Have used the company before and everything was good.
I really don't understand why they don't reply. They say it takes up to 48hrs but this is day 7 and still nothing
They replied to me as they had problems with there Internet I have now received my items and am happy with the products

All the bottles in my order arrived leaking. I have emailed, called, and left messages multiple times. The one time I was able to speak to someone I was told to send pictures, which I did and have gotten no response. I have ordered from this company multiple times and have never had a problem. I don't know what's going on, but the horrible customer support makes me question the overall quality of the company.

Been using thought cloud for about 3 years now and it never disappoints. This helps with my anxiety and difficulties falling asleep so much. A dropper is all I need and it’s very consistent.

Good products - limited but reliable customer support online. Things you cannot buy "made-in-canada" yet, still its all from trusted neighbours and commonwealth countries

I have been using Thought Cloud CBD for myself and my dogs. One pet has a high anxiety over travel and I give her the CBD about 20-30 minutes before we leave. Keeps her much calmer in car, as for myself I also use the CBD at times of high stress and it helps me too.

I ordered a month ago and got an email that says it shipped, but it still says "label created." The website says my order was completed, but it has not actually shipped. I have been ordering from here for years, even in November, but no one will respond now. I was charged for this missing order. I will have to dispute it if no one will fix this.

Update: My name is not Dan, but yes, I sent an email numerous times. First email said it would ship soon (I already received shipping confirmation which I told them). All others remain unanswered. I also contacted every other way, even a message on facebook and online chat. My order number is 488882.

I ordered my product over a month ago and still have not recieved my order.
When i inquired about the status of my order, I received an e-mail stating that they would respond to me within 48 hours. That was 10 days ago, I received no response.
I had planned on giving some of the product away as Christmas gifts.
I enjoy their CBD products and this is not a knock against the quality of the product.
Their customer service however, is among the very worst i've ever experienced.

ThoughCloud Support, I sure did! I emailed you three times actually. On 12/17, 12/20, 12/23. I actually received a response from you on 12/17 that said that you would get back to me with an answer within 24-48 hours but that never happened.
My invoice number was #488063. You can put that into your email search, my email will come up. I'm not posting my email on a public forum.

Thoughtcloud is attempting to remove my review. I received my order after I posted my review a MONTH after the date I ordered it. That, combined with Thoughtclouds abysmal customer service is why I posted this review. Again, I attempted to contact you multiple times. You don't respond, and now you have the audacity to attempting to silence your customers experiences to cover your tracks.
Folks, there are plenty of other CBD suppliers that have good customer service. I suggest you give them your buisness instead.

Just ordered the covid formula

I have Kidney disease and I use the Ultra and the CBD/CBG OILS. They help with the chronic pain and inflammation that I have on a daily basis. I can do more than I have been able to do since I have been using these products. They help me to relax and sleep better too.

Great products all of them from Thoughtcloud! They are the best on the market.

I have chronic pain and have tried many brands of CBD: I find Thoughtcloud products to be pure & trustworthy. I especially like the CBN products for sleep and CBG products for inflammation - they’re really effective.

Always great product from an excellent company! The Deep Sleep gummies help me ease into a restful night of sleep.

Great products and quality. Their Ultra cbd oil really helps with pain and relaxation and their relax gummy taste great and really help you unwind at the end of the day. I recently tried the sleep gummy too that really do help.
