This order never shipped, I never received anything. I reached out to them on multiple locations and never received a response. Ultimately, I had to open a dispute with my bank to get my money back.

Haven’t received my subscription orders for the last 2 months. No one returns e-mail or phone calls. Trying to figure out if they are still in business. Love the products. Worst customer service.

I never received my package. Tried contacting the company. No one has responded.

Been over a month since y'all took my money and never sent me my supply nor responding to my messages.

I placed my second order with this company May 23, 2023. As of today, June 16, still haven't received my order, nor a response to my many attempts to contact company requesting info about order. I am contacting BBB and putting in a fraud claim to my credit card. This is the worse costumer service I have encountered in quite some time. Don't know if they are having issues, but almost a month is plenty of time for something to happen. Definitely will not use this company again.

I would have been happy with any sort of correspondence about my order, even if just to say it would be late. No product, no refund, no communication.

Something is going on with these guys. They used to get back to you with customer service requests really quickly, now they don't respond at all. Order's sit processing with no clarity on when it may be sent. I suddenly have to move and re-direct my order, but they simply haven't responded for three weeks. It's unfortunate because I loved the product. After being a customer for several years, there is no way I would order from them again.

Over a month for an order is NOT OKAY! My son is autistic and uses these to help him control his outbursts. He has been out for weeks now. I have CALLED, LEFT VOICEMAILS, FACEBOOK MESSAGED, and EMAILED several times. I want my order and my money back.

Stop taking money from ppl, that you can’t service!
6 weeks is not OKAY!
You have so many emails an txts that prompt your site! No one answers the phone, email and obviously ships products!
My child is on the spectrum and uses this as his ONLY medication..

Absolute scam and waste of money. Placed an order in Feb 2023, didn’t receive the parcel after 6 weeks. I reached out to their customer service email and got no response, Facebook messages and no response, Instagram messages and no response. Owner refuses to respond either. Report has been submitted to the BBB and the FTC about this company’s scam. Do not ever buy online from this company

Received exactly what I ordered in a short amount of time.

Filled my order quickly. Liked that I could see lab results before ordering the product. Tolerating the product well thus far. Shipping was expedited shortly after receiving my order.

These products are amazing. I use the blend for brain/gut health and it helps my Crohn's symptoms tremendously.

I don’t know how else to get across that there was an issue with my most recent subscription fulfillment. I’ve emailed multiple times and have only received one automated response. I’m supposed to get 3000mg full spectrum every month, for some reason last week I instead received 300mg pet cbd.

I’ve been shopping with this company for the past 5 years. The quality, prices, and products are above and beyond any other CBD company I have used. I have referred at least 10 people to this site and every single one of them are continuing customers because they love the products that are offered! I specifically use the balm, gummies, oils, and vapes.

I love the products but the customer service is awful. I tried to call multiple time and left a voicemail. No one returned my call. I emailed twice and still no response. I was charged 2x for my order. And was sent 2 orders, I only wanted 1
