The speed and of the service and delivery is excellent. Easier than going to the shops. Each skein of threads arrives looking beautiful in the wrapped package and Claire always adds a little freebie surprise into each package.

Website is super easy to use and tells you up to date and clear stock levels and such amazing prices. My order came 2 days after ordering which really shocked me (in a good way) as I’ve waited weeks from other sellers. It was also packaged immaculately, with each brand of floss separated and wrapped in its oven tissue paper. I can honestly say I don’t think I’ll ever order my floss from anywhere else.
