This site is better than Google reviews for some areas/business types for sure, mark my words. Google reviews are very susceptible to Marketing Teams, which can post numerous (hundreds/thousands) of FAKE 5-Star Google reviews for any business that pays them. Google did not/cannot stop this, sadly. So if people rely on Google reviews, beware. Google reviews used to be good, until Marketing teams found the loophole and exploited it. Funny, because Google is usually good at catching on to things that may jeaopardize its relevance and integrity, but seriously dropped the ball on this from at least around year 2018-2026.

Support is always responsive to requests for badges

Following a terrible experience with a Dry Cleaning business that was recommended on the ThreeBestRated website, I left a review for the Dry Cleaners giving them a one-star rating.

ThreeBestRated published my review incorrectly showing me as awarding the Dry Cleaning firm three-stars instead.

Following my informing them of the error they promised to update my review to show only one-star, but said there are some technical challenges which make it difficult for them to change a star rating(!?).

Despite several follow-up emails and several weeks time elapsing they still haven’t amended my review, and still say they are having technical difficulties in trying to do so.

A professional review website that can’t even update a review correctly and in a timely manner - deserves only one star in my opinion.

I’ll happily update my review of ThreeBestRated and improve their star rating if they ever get around to updating my dry cleaner review correctly……..

Changed my rating of this company to 2 stars as they have now managed to correctly change my review of a business they promote on their website.

Threebestrated don’t deserve any more than 2 stars though (if that really) as even when I proved to them that their recomendation for a dry cleaning business (Smart Image Dry Cleaners, Norwich) has falsely advertised themselves as being a member of a professional dry-cleaning guild, they still continued to promote that business (even whilst claiming to me in email that that they take such false advertising very seriously 🤣).

Only posts positive reviews for those that are terrible.

My experience with Michael Levy Photography in NYC was very good. He is a great professional who actually will guide you and who cares about what you are looking for in your shoot. He then offers you the possibilty to exchange concept ideas and discuss about light and wardrobe so that your shooting is very well planned. In the studio Michael is just like an old dear friend. He is warm, playful and helps you to find the expressions that bring you to life. The make-up artist Misa is also very professional and sweet. It was a delightful experience. Thank you!

These people only post positive reviews for clients. That’s right it’s biased based on THEIR viewpoint! Try writing a bad review for a business of theirs. You CANT! That’s called review gating and is illegal on any ethical websites. Do not trust their fake generated reviews. Lmao their website name has RATED in it. So you aren’t a review site yet you claim to be best rated? Go use google or ChatGPT and they will call this review gating because you can’t just state that the company is the best and not allow negative reviews. Doesn’t work that way worst rated! Nice try! I’ve had a terrible experience with the company and now with your company. Just go away my review for you stays, your company sucks and does review gating!
