Hi all,
I want to share my feedback about this company. There is absolutely no customer service. If you call them, the number is always busy, and if you email them, they don’t respond. Zero customer service. If a company doesn’t have basic ethics, how can their product be promising?

I ordered a product from their website, but it only gave the option for cash on delivery. They took a long time, and by then I had already travelled to Canada. I emailed them to update my contact number in the profile, but received no response.

My house is fully covered with cameras. In the tracking details, they claimed they attempted delivery three times, but according to the camera footage, no one came even once. Instead, they kept calling my Canada number.

This company has zero customer service. If tomorrow anything happens to your skin because of their product, there will be no one to respond or help you. I learned my lesson: don’t trust fake ads. Instead of spending money on misleading ads, they should invest in proper customer service. It’s a shame!

Have a very bad experience since I got in touch with them. Firstly they leaked my personal details to a fraudulent company who cheated me for a lakh. Secondly, I have been left to regret for more than a month as all my daily follow ups to get my 10k refund wasn't processed at all. I daily write emails, call their Customer care, the hair expert who initially gave consultation and collected 10k advance but to no avail. Pls avoid this company. I will rate 0/5.

If I can give Zero stars i would.Please dont buy.This is a SCAM website.I bought their whole set on the 3rd week of July.Prior to that I did enquire if there was International Shipping and the agent who spoke to me Ms Rekha said they do ship all around the world.So after purchasing,she sent me a tracking order but let me tell you I NEVER RECEIVED MY PACKAGE.When I check the delivery status,it kept showing “Stuck at customs due to unacceptable goods”.So i tried a few times to contact customer care on this issue but she kept stalling and saying “its on the way,etc”..And replies one sentence and then ghosts me.Its been close to 7 weeks.When I checked the delivery status,it shows products has been “returned to the shipper”.When i asked for a refund,no response.So please DONT BUY ANYTHING FROM THEM.

Fake ads. Fake reviews. Fake results. That pretty much sums up my experience with ThriveCo.

I bought their “Hair Growth Oil” after seeing those viral Instagram ads — you know, the ones with random people pulled from Google images showing miraculous "before & after" results? Yeah, turns out that’s all staged crap.

Used the product religiously. Not for a week. Not for 10 days. For months. Followed every instruction to the letter. Zero results. Zilch. Nada. If anything, my hair fall worsened — and I’m not the only one. Go check Reddit, Quora, forums, YouTube comments… hundreds of people saying the same thing. You’ll NEVER see those complaints on their website because they hide/block/delete all negative reviews.

And worst — if you try to comment anything negative? They delete and block you. Period.

This company is a masterclass in misleading marketing, not haircare. They prey on insecurity and desperation, then ghost you when their snake oil fails.

ThriveCo isn’t just bad — it’s dishonest, predatory, and should be held accountable. If you're serious about your hair or skincare, go consult a real dermatologist. Don't fall for this Instagram brand fluff.

TL;DR: Don’t waste your money or hope. ThriveCo is just another D2C scam riding on fake Instagram clout

Once you're interested in a product, they will coerce you into buying a whole lot of other products. They are quick to communicate via WhatsApp when they want your business.
Once the shipment apparently "arrives", they will reply to your messages once per day at most. They'll say theres issues at customs too.

Currently I've been using one of the 5 products for a few months anyway for the grey hairs, but I thought I'd try all just in case it could work. Guess what? It doesn't!

I highly advise you not to use this company as it's all a gimmick, let alone a money-making scamming business.

I have used three bottles and am now on my fourth bottle. This is a scam product. I am honestly saying it is a waste of my money.

Please don't buy this company product..it's full with chemicals and they have not any valid customer support..
It's better to purchase natural products

Order fraud. Never delivered. No refund issued. Customer support is of no use and don’t respond to resolve your issue.

Never buy thriveco products. they promise hair will grow within 2months. but no result after 1 year. Once you buy a thrive product, they will force you to buy more product and manipulate you. all reviews on there website are fake. i published a 1star review on their website and they didn't publish it. I will request everyone not to use thrive hair product. they are totally fake.
