Hi Jacqueline,
As I posted the cups to you on the 5/8/2019 they should have arrived around the 8-10/8/2019. Given your review was on the 11/8/2019 could i suggest you give it a little more time. We have described the possible effect of cupping as "Using the cups simultaneously will result in a professional, even stimulation of the facial region". If you place the cups with a vacuum on the face they must have the effect of stimulating the underlying structures. If you use a light vacuum you will stimulate lymphatic function, (waste removal & increased defence). A strong vacuum will increase the blood flow and deposits of nutrients and fluid to the face.
