Well, I was a little dubious about ordering from this company, with some of the reviews I’ve read, but I thought I would try it as I really did want these goggles for my children. What an amazing experience, one of the fastest response for customer service emails I’ve ever had, literally within a couple of hours, and every email was responded to so quickly, with plenty of information and professional communication. Yes, I do think their delivery terms need updating a little on their website, because it is longer than the 5 to 8 days than they do advertise, but I did received my item in 9 working days(14 normal days) which I think some people don’t take into consideration. So i was very happy. Also, the tracking literally doesn’t update until the item is in your country and gets to the last courier stage, which maybe I think would help if they just made that clear first, because you think your item hasn’t been shipped for well over a week, when it actually has.. so I think just a couple of tweaks in information would help minimise the slight disappointment that people have. The products are perfect, just as advertised, great quality, and can’t wait to use them with my children on our holiday. Would definitely buy from this company again.

De duikbrillen worden geleverd vanuit China.
Het duurt dus minimaal 2,5 week voordat je het product hebt. Dus waarschijnlijk ben je op temu of Amazon vele malen goedkoper uit en heb je precies het zelfde product.

My grandsons love their goggles! When at their swim lessons the other parents asked for the link to order Tibatoes for their kids!

Ordered two adult and two children's pairs (order 7662378), delivered 9 June. The parcel arrived with one adult pair and three children's pairs — the second adult pair was missing and replaced with an extra child-sized pair that doesn't fit an adult, came in a different box with no nose clip and a different lens sticker, in a colour not even listed on the site.

I reported it immediately and sent photos and my order summary on 14 June. Since then I've dealt with five different named agents, each restarting from scratch, with responses that read as AI-generated. On 15 June one agent confirmed a replacement had been "requested from the fulfilment team," and another confirmed the same on 3 July. Over a month later, nothing has shipped and there is no tracking. At one point I was even told the child-sized pair was simply an "old adult style" — it plainly is not.

I'm now going to have to try and source adult goggles elsewhere before our holiday and am pursuing a chargeback. Happy to update this review if it's actually resolved.

They are supplying excellent products and great cystomer sevuce they answer questions and queries very quickly.I bought 3 sets of the goggles with nose coverings for my 3 grandchildren aged 4.9,11.They love them,they spend more time under the water now looking for items that we throw in the pool to find.My 4 year old granddaughter is now jumping in and rolling around as there is no worry about water going up their noses The seal on there faces is great snd doesn't leave marks, the mask doesn't fog up and the clip on style is perfect.I would definitely recommend the company and the product

Really disappointing. Both the items (goggles) were faulty (or seriously falsely advertised) - they can’t get wet without breaking, so completely pointless.

The customer service team were polite and friendly, but refused to accept that their returns policy wasn’t in line with UK legislation… so now I’m out of pocket paying for a return, because it was that or lose the £30 I spent on two pairs of goggles.

Please don’t be influenced by the social media ad videos, buy from another company.

I ordered the PLUS Busy Book but was sent the wrong, smaller cheaper version. TibaToes admitted the mistake was their fault, yet I’ve spent over a week chasing them for a resolution with no progress. Every reply is the same copy-and-paste message saying my case has been “escalated”, but nothing actually happened.

The customer service is appalling, communication is non-existent, and they expect customers to wait indefinitely with no accountability. I’ve now had to involve PayPal to recover my money.

I have emails, screenshots and other evidence to back up everything I’ve said in this review. Save yourself the hassle and buy from a company that actually values its customers!

Love the shoes for my kids! I just wish they also had the U.S. sizes on the shoe as well

I've also still not had my item despite ordering over two weeks ago.
Customer service email replies with the tracking link which just says "out for shipping" all the time.

Scam, items never arrived. had to start a claim with my bank

Never received my items, customer services are always going to "get back to me" clearly a scam

13 days and still no delivery.
I've chased and chased but Im always told the same 'it is in transit'.
My children have been left disappointed and sad because the goggles were for their holiday - and the holiday has finished now.
Do not buy from this company.
The delivery times set out on their website say "most orders are processed within 1–2 business days. Standard delivery typically takes 3–7 business days depending on your location." Clearly this is incorrect as I'm not the only buyer who has had this issue.

I got the fog-free goggles for my two girls and they both love them so much! The one pair has the "plus", which is the ear plugs are attached to the goggles. The other pair just comes with separate ear plugs. Neither of my girls use the ear plugs, but they were a nice addition. The goggles came in nice boxes and really are fog free. We love them!

After ordering these googles we saw the terrible reviews and really weren’t hopeful. They turned up and actually looked better initially than we had expected. However on holiday they’ve really rubbed my daughter’s cheeks badly and caused her significant discomfort. They also leaked a little. Personally could not recommend these at all.

Goggles were useless, let water in when swimming. Returned them as they are not as described and faulty. Was offered a 30% refund then 50%. Had to pay postage to return and was not refunded my originally postage. Which under the consumer rights act 2015 they must refund original purchase price, original postage and return postage cost. Currently still in dispute about this, waiting for a senior team member to get back to me as all the other emails are from AI assistants. I will do a chargeback from my bank if I don’t get anywhere.

Great product. My 8 year old jumped straight in the shower to test the goggles when they arrived. Since then he's been walking around with them on his head because apparently they look so cool. I tried them and was very impressed with the seal.

Been nearly one month since I ordered my goggles and no sign of them. Requesting a refund 2 weeks ago as haven’t come in time for my holiday and company just keep saying they’re in transit can’t do.
Clearly shipping cheap stuff from China but charging +++ prices
