I didn't order via the website, I phoned them instead so I could get some guidance on which tickets. The lady on the phone was very helpful and walked me through everything, and took the payment and details over the phone. I was probably on the phone for about 10 minutes. All very easy and everything was clearly explained. 10/10.

Website was clear and easy to use. Not box office prices, but this is to be expected. After the order the tickets were sent to me about a week later. I am happy with the whole experience.

I used ticketsqueeze because a friend going to the same concert said they got there tickets here. I had not heard of you before, but so far so good. Selecting tickets was easy enough to make sure I am in same GA area as my friend. Very straight forward.

let’s face it, there’s 100 places to get tickets. Difference is the price and the trust. I wont touch the unknown brands, and as far as price goes, ticket squeeze has the slight edge for most tickets compared to other big players.

I am hearing more and more people use ticket squeeze now. Which is a nice change from all the big players who just fleece you with fees at the checkout.

Searching for the event and venue I was looking to purchase tickets for brought me to a site that presents itself as the venue's own website (orpheumtheateromaha). Upon close review, there is small print indicating they are not the venu, but it is not at all clear without scouring the small print, and even that is vague. This site is a clear misrepresentation used to funnel traffic to their ticket sales which marks up prices to an unreasonable level. Upon further research I've learned that they set up similar sites across the country. Buyer beware

Another site recommended ticket squeeze when searching a specific theatres tickets. Whole process was transparent and clear these were resale tickets. But to be expected, Phantom of the opera on a friday night in this city?! No chance of last minute decent box office tickets. Ticket squeeze made sense for me and was recommended.

Ordering was very easy and the additional insurance cost was reasonable (and appreciated). With any other vendor, the ticket/event insurance is just too expensive.
