If I could give a zero star i would. I purchased ticket in August for an event today. Two days ago i receive an email stating the tickets are no longer available but I can have different tickets. I agreed and was told the tickets would be in my email the next day by noon. The next day I received another email stating those tickets were also not available and they had two other tickets available again I said ok. Today no tickets, I call and am told they are still working on the refill of the tickets. As soon as I hung up I received an email that the order had been cancelled and I would receive a refund. I not only purchased these for a gift, the person flew across the country to spend the weekend and see the show. Horrible company. If I don't receive my refund in 10 days there is going to be a problem.

So far so good! Pricing seemed fair, albeit the fee a little excessive. But the discount code provided practically covered the fees.

I hate buying resale tickets. But it seems in todays world it's the only way to get tickets for shows for us mere mortals. Your industry as a whole needs to find ways to reduce ticket reselling. But as far as resale tickets go, your service was affordable and very efficient.

Have used you guys in the past. You are amazing helping people find the best seats and deals for large groups. thank you.

Fast to work and get the tickets. The insurance even lowered once I went to make payment! 100%!

Don't Use Ticketsqueeze. Ordered the tickets months ago for this event. last minute the day of the concert the order was cancelled no reason given. Almost assumed concert was canceled after the event was moved to locations went through ticketmaster instead as the venue confirmed the concert was still ongoing

Easy, fast and simple. Would have liked to be able to zoom in a little closer to see the actual seats I was picking. But besides that very simple.

Simply a ripoff. Site looked legit, pricing looked legit and come to find out I paid 2.5x face value, plus a fee. Never use this ticket hack reseller. I even wonder if my tickets are legit as the event has not happened yet.
Frankly all ticket resellers are hucksters but this is the worst.
Lesson learned for not researching but if I recall I did not even know this was a reseller until the transaction was complete.

Great service. Very quick and easy to use. My only complaint would be the time it can take to get the tickets. Having to wait until nearer the time of the concert to get the tickets to appear on my phone can be stressful.

Travelling a long distance to reach this concert, so it's nice to have the tickets transferred to me early to give me peace of mind. Not always common with other ticket sites. Looking forward to it!

SCAM SCAM SCAM!!! Stay far far away from TicketSqueeze! Purchased my tickets, didn’t receive them, after contacting customer service they “contacted the seller”, then I finally got email saying my tickets were available but they were ABSOLUTELY NOT ACCESSIBLE!!! just kept getting a blank screen over and over. THE TICKETS WERE NOT THERE!!! Filed a claim and after “review” they determined I was not eligible for a refund. Horrible, awful experience!! Had to repurchase tickets (very carefully checked the site) the day of as it was a gift. Shame on ticket squeeze for scamming people out of their hard earned money!! And ironically, when I contacted them to find out how to write a review, was told they didn’t know!! NEVER AGAIN!!!!! Very expensive lesson to learn!!

EDIT AFTER SEEING TICKETSQUEEZE RESPONSE TO THIS REVIEW:
That is incorrect information!! I contacted you 12 hours before the event because I did not receive my tickets the day before as was stated when I purchased them. I tried every way possible to access those tickets but they WERE NOT THERE. It was quite interesting that shortly after I contacted you and you said you contacted the seller, that I then received communication that my tickets were available. What would have happened had I not reached out?? SCAM!!
And again, when I contacted TicketSqueeze customer service thru the chat feature to ask how to leave a review, the agent said she didn’t know!!! Hmmmmm. HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE all around. Shame on you!!!!

Also, if I had “device” or “internet” issues, how was I able to correspond and send photos?? I tried to access those tickets on multiple devices, and NOTHING!! It was NOT my issue - your company scams people out of their money and does not deliver!!! SCAM SCAM SCAM!!!!

This site is a scam. When I went to check in, it said my tickets had already been used. I had to purchase new tickets on-site.

In the shady, scammy world of secondary ticket markets, they are the worst I have dealt with. Admittedly I made a mistake by (a) not noticing that it wasn't the actual venue site (they put up a shell), and (b) fat-fingered in an email address that doesn't exist with an off-by-one error.
When I called them to fix it, after the first person hung up on me (and I was polite), the second person put me on hold for a very very long time (nice try buddy!) and then the third person told me it was too bad and sales are final as "our terms and conditions make clear." Of course no "sale" occurred because they should have gotten a bounce that the email didn't exist when they allegedly sent instructions I didn't receive. Expensive lesson learned. You have been warned.

It is a huge problem not being able to select the exact seats. How do I know what the view will be? How do I know if it's close to an aisle for easy access? The most important factor of buying tickets is knowing where the seats are. Only redeeming quality is the price and speed in which I was able to order.

They are a SCAM. I purchased tickets to a show that was postponed TWO MONTHS LATER to a date that I cannot attend. Further I also purchased parking passes through them that are unsellable. Tickets purchased through other vendors were refunded in their entirety. I was directed by Ticket Squeeze to the legalize on their site as to why they were not refunding the tickets. I was also directed to a Ticket Squeeze affiliate to resell the tickets. THIS IS BAIT AND SWITCH.

STAY AWAY FROM THIS SCAM COMPANY

TicketSqueeze offered ticket insurance, which I accepted. Then they can to cancel the order and issue a refund because the ticket were no longer available. They didn't refund the insurance. What I chatted, they said I'm on my own to get a refund from Allianz (even though they acted as Allianz's agent to sell to me).

There was no problem in the purchasing of the ticket. They immediately took my $674. However, I did not receive my tickets the day before the concert as stated and had repeatedly made three conversations with them and they could not guarantee that I would get those seats, but maybe something else in their inventory. They sold tickets” They didn’t have” it was stressful. The tickets arrived at 1 o’clock the day of the concert. I had already been on route and had made reservations to stay near the venue. I don’t think it’s right to sell tickets you don’t have and leave people hanging and maybe have to get a refund because you can’t provide the ticket , I would never do business with them again !

The buy now and pay later option via Affirm is much appreciated. What with the price of everything today, I love the fact I can afford to attend something even tough I don't have the funds right now!

I'm currently in a dispute with Ticketsqueeze. Deceptive business practices and terrible customer support. My ticket was voided by Ticketmaster due to violations of Ticketmaster's terms of use. No communication from Ticketsqueeze, just a notice from Ticketmaster. So I contacted Ticketsqueeze for resolution and received a canned response: all sales are final, you can re-sell your ticket, etc. No, my ticket was voided, I explained. A few weeks went by and I disputed the charge with my credit card company. Now Ticketsqueeze is trying to force a new ticket on me to keep my money. Terrible company to deal with. Avoid.
