I went in to tidal vape months 6th April very friendly and helpful especially a lady called jess she couldn' do anymore if she tried will definitely recommend to my family and friends definitely a 5star review

unfortunately, the only vape shops near me is tidal vape (portsmouth cascades and southsea). i have been in multiple times and every single time i get my liquid, the staff always say something along the lines of: "you're spending a lot of money on only two bottles, get 5 more for only an extra 8 quid" and after saying no, they try again and again and again. having to say no multiple times in (what's supposed to be a 2 minute interaction) is exhausting and it makes me feel really uncomfortable.

some of the staff in cascades give me the dirtiest look after i say "no" and then they try and upsell again with a bundle package or a new vape.

my girlfriend went in there once to get me liquid and they shoved a pink vape in her hand and after she said she didn't want it, they demanded to know why she didn't want it because she's a girl and girls like pink. she refuses to go in there now.

after going through the exhausting "no" ritual today, one of the staff members said: "ok moneybags" to me. i get that it was probably a joke but it still felt a bit odd.

my best guess is that they earn commission but the staff should probably realize that the first "no" means i'm certain that i don't want anything else. i've worked in retail before and usually after the customer says their first "no" i respect it and move on.

Went to the store in Newbury, great vibes, staff are so lovely and so helpful and love my purchases!

Went in for a new vape and was served by Hermione. She was very knowledgeable and helped me out a lot. Will definitely recommend to friends and family and will be back for all my future vape supplies

I Brought a vape from this shop it broke after 6 weeks they would not replace the vape or refund the the money

I go into the Gloucester store pretty frequently and am always greeted by Ames. She is always all hands on deck with helping myself and my husband with all of our vaping needs. On most occasions i won’t know what i’m after as i only started vaping in recent months, however, Ames always knows what i’ll enjoy and caters to my tastes with feedback i give her from previous purchases. She also introduced me into CBD which she suggested would help with my back pain therefore lack of sleep because of it. She is a genuine heaven send!! By far the friendliest, chattiest, bubbliest young lady who i know will go very very far! Highly recommend this store if you’re after a friendly non judgemental vape shop in Gloucester :-)

Nathan and Jade at the ‘Bournemouth Tidal vape store’ were extremely helpful. I wanted to cut down on my nicotine consumption, get more for my money and a vape with lots of flavour. Cannot fault the service I received today, I would recommend to anyone looking to quit smoking. Can’t wait for my next visit in a months time from now.

If I could give 0 stars I would brought a pava vape a few weeks ago have not had to charge it once as barely used it was fine on sat 8 november and battery was still on 85% fast forward to today went to use it and was completely dead tried charging for an hour and nothing took back to tidal vape Newbury to be told there was something in charger point the woman cleaned it in front of me and nothing came out but was told because it was a charger issue it could not be refunded or exchanged so £40 down the drain and a vape that is useless. Will never hope there again
