I just felt I had to thank the staff (especially the two young ladies on duty today) Fareham.
They are always such a pleasure. So kind, helpful and informative. I don’t think I would consider using another store as the staff are always great. Credit where it’s due. Nothing is too much trouble.
They are exactly what the customer needs.

I bought a vape, and all seemed well; however, it malfunctioned, so I sent it back to the shop. The customer service is spectacular, and after around 30 minutes of chit chat, the vape was replaced and is now in working order. It seemed the problems must have been human error and had nothing to do with the production of the other vapes offered in the shop. Truly excellent business people and highly recommended as an upcoming business.

I wish I could be more positive about my visit but sadly I can’t. Went into the shop after being recommended by a few people to look at purchasing a new vape. I didn’t manage that as the young girl in there was far to busy talking to her friend and being on her phone to bother even noticing I was looking at vapes or even know I was in the shop. I wish I’d got her name but seems like her and the friend, who I think was also skiving from Holland and Barrett so they made quite a pair, didn’t have anything on show like a name badge. Maybe her giant jumper was just hiding it. Seems to be a habit as I spoke to the people who recommended the place to me and there’s staff members in there who go above and beyond but she’s not a good advert for the shop. Think I’ll go back another time and hope she’s either gone or actually trained.

I went in to tidal vape months 6th April very friendly and helpful especially a lady called jess she couldn' do anymore if she tried will definitely recommend to my family and friends definitely a 5star review

unfortunately, the only vape shops near me is tidal vape (portsmouth cascades and southsea). i have been in multiple times and every single time i get my liquid, the staff always say something along the lines of: "you're spending a lot of money on only two bottles, get 5 more for only an extra 8 quid" and after saying no, they try again and again and again. having to say no multiple times in (what's supposed to be a 2 minute interaction) is exhausting and it makes me feel really uncomfortable.

some of the staff in cascades give me the dirtiest look after i say "no" and then they try and upsell again with a bundle package or a new vape.

my girlfriend went in there once to get me liquid and they shoved a pink vape in her hand and after she said she didn't want it, they demanded to know why she didn't want it because she's a girl and girls like pink. she refuses to go in there now.

after going through the exhausting "no" ritual today, one of the staff members said: "ok moneybags" to me. i get that it was probably a joke but it still felt a bit odd.

my best guess is that they earn commission but the staff should probably realize that the first "no" means i'm certain that i don't want anything else. i've worked in retail before and usually after the customer says their first "no" i respect it and move on.

Went to the store in Newbury, great vibes, staff are so lovely and so helpful and love my purchases!

Went in for a new vape and was served by Hermione. She was very knowledgeable and helped me out a lot. Will definitely recommend to friends and family and will be back for all my future vape supplies

I Brought a vape from this shop it broke after 6 weeks they would not replace the vape or refund the the money

I go into the Gloucester store pretty frequently and am always greeted by Ames. She is always all hands on deck with helping myself and my husband with all of our vaping needs. On most occasions i won’t know what i’m after as i only started vaping in recent months, however, Ames always knows what i’ll enjoy and caters to my tastes with feedback i give her from previous purchases. She also introduced me into CBD which she suggested would help with my back pain therefore lack of sleep because of it. She is a genuine heaven send!! By far the friendliest, chattiest, bubbliest young lady who i know will go very very far! Highly recommend this store if you’re after a friendly non judgemental vape shop in Gloucester :-)

Always go to Tidal Vape in Bitterne, I re-order my liquids and the service is always pleasant and friendly and they are always happy, which makes the experience a pleasurable.
