good for the experiment

Make sure it's the right size because it cost a lot to return it. Plus they charge a 20% restocking free.

the item I ordered was misrepresented by the sales person. when I called for a return # the person was rude and nasty. I think she thought they were doing me a favor. obviously no one has explained to her where the money comes from that pays her wages.

We were opening up a practice in South Jersey and needed the tables by a certain date. Jeff, gave us the information on the lead times of each table and we purchased one that would meet are deadline for our office opening. Would recommend Tiger Medical for anyone looking to setup a practice.

THERE WERE SHIPPING ISSUES BUT ONCE RECEIVED, EXACTLY WHAT WAS ADVERTISED/NEEDED/EXPECTED. SAW SIMILAR PRODUCT WHILE MOM WAS IN SKILLED NURSING FACILITY SO BOUGHT FOR ASSISTED LIVING APARTMENT. EXTREMELY USEFUL, I HIGHLY RECOMMEND. GOOD FOR BEDSIDE COMMODE, EASE OF USE WITH REGULAR TOILET, AND AS SHOWER CHAIR. WILL ABSOLUTELY DO BUSINESS WITH TIGER MEDICAL AGAIN.

We had purchased items that said "ready to ship" and would be available with in a week. We eventually ended up with our most important items a month later because we were not advised that the factories were performing "inventory". Needless to say it was quite stressful! The products themselves were decent for the price. Next time an item is purchased on the "ready to ship" confirm there are no "issues"! One of the tables was ripped and declined (shipped back) a weeks ago....still waiting to hear back about credit.

Ordered a shower chair and am very pleased with the chair. Just that the locking coasters when locked still move all around. Side to Side and in Circles.

This is is a good standard blood pressure monitor which does not need calibration again. If you know how to check your blood pressure, this monitor is a good investment.

I bought the ophthalmoscope Otoscope expecting everything in the website to be made available. The two spare light bulbs were not available and when I asked they said it was a mistake in the website and that I shouldn't have had it in the first place. Funny how the box has two empty slots for the bulbs. Also, when I tried to return they made it very difficult.

I would give five stars if I used this company more and they gave me the same service that I experienced. I received my order promptly and had absolutely no issues.

The product lowers and raises in the tub. But if you move to wash the suction cups don't hold in place.

They gave me the info I needed in a friendly, professional manner when first exploring my purchase. When I made the purchase a few months later they did everything to my satisfaction, and at a cost that was even lower than first quoted. I spoke with different employees each time, and all were consistent in the info they gave me.
I have only made one purchase from them, but I was completely satisfied with the product, service, and cost.
