Skiing was great, apartment as well.

Emma and TignesDirect is the best way to secure accommodation at Tignes. It’s a very personal service and she looks after you superbly well. Could recommend highly enough.

Emma was super helpful throughout the process. Emma responded promptly to all queries and assisted with car parking, ski hire, arranging ski passes through to requesting a refurbished apartment (which we got!!). The apartment was clean and compact with 2 bedrooms and just 50m from the slopes. We only booked end of December for the February half-term but despite that Emma came up trumps.

Enjoyable stay in Tignes. Our apartment was big but very dated and in need of modernisation. Random decor but otherwise comfortable. Loads of storage space. Microwave located very high up in the kitchen making it dangerous for anyone under 6ft! No freezer but a good size fridge.Access to the slopes was via a drag lift approximately 50 metres to the left of the building, however some mornings this wasn’t running so you had to walk down the main road to the centre of le lac. Warning….. if you use the ski shop in Lavachet (Tignes Spirit) take your car to collect your skis because it’s a real trek to get there otherwise. Shop itself very good, changed our skis to better ones at our request without any problem. Couldn’t be more helpful. Overall we had a great time. Tignes is a brilliant resort.

Emma is super helpful and always gets back really quickly to any queries.

The apartment was in a newly renovated and furnished condition without any signs of wear. The kitchen was equipped with good-quality electrical appliances, and even the pots and pans were of high quality. The location is excellent—you can ski directly from the house entrance to the lift. When returning, you can also ski right back to the entrance, meaning there is no need to carry skis.

We have three suggestions for improvement:

1. The carpet was a cowhide rug, which we removed during our stay due to allergic reactions.
2. The kitchen grater was of poor quality, and its plastic frame was partially broken. Should be replaced.
3. There were only two proper duvets and two simple wool blankets.

We had a great experience with Tignes Direct (specifically, with Emma) - she has been so resourceful, efficient, and kind since our inital inquiry into accommodations. She provided us with a variety of options to choose from that were within our budget, and from there has been an excellent resource when it came down to any questions we had about payment, check-in/check-out procedures, etc. She was always quick to respond and provided clear instructions. Overall, we had an incredible trip and the apartment we ended up choosing was perfect for our needs. We would definitely book with Emma again when we return to Tignes :)

The location and qualité of the apartment was idéal for us. Prompt and clear guidance and help from Emma and Keith were appreciated. Handy buses, slope access, and parking all helped. And of course Tignes itself is superb.

Luckily, I booked the apartment with Emma of Tignes Direct. She always responds quickly and provides clear information. The apartment she recommended is with excellent conditions and at a very good location which is just next to the ski bus stop or 10mins walk to the slope.

We have been going to Bec Rouge 511 for a few years now and we love everything about it the accommodation itself is perfect, warm and clean. We are a family with small kids so the ski in ski out is ideal and location is perfect! The owners are extremely helpful in providing information and making sure everything is right in advance of our visit. Highly recommended to all ☺️
