Brilliant product and wouldn't wear anything else now for running and the gym. I particularly love that they make all of their designs in capri length as I'm so short. Totally squat proof and don't budge when I'm running. Customer service is outstanding ❤️

Cannot believe all the negative reviews on here! I have purchased from competitors before but can honestly say both the quality, fit, price and service received from Tikiboo has been the best by far. I certainly wouldn’t buy anything else now.

I've been buying Tikiboo since last November. Gorgeous prints. Excellent quality. Even got other friends addicted to the ranges.
I find sizing consistent although I do downsize in loose tops but only due to personal preference.
Amazing customer service. Cannot recommend enough.

Excellent company. Ordered yesterday morning, goods have been delivered this morning(next day), can't ask for more than that. Keep up the good work Tikiboo. Excellent products in an amazing array of colours & designs & sizes to suit all, would not hesitate to recommend Tikiboo.

Customer since 2018, on my very first purchase I have issues with my student discount code, emailed, reply within the hour, and my code was working.
All items have always been delivered within the timeframe stated, never had an issue with this company. 100% recommended and it has a great community on social media

If there were zero stars, Id have chosen that.
TERRIBLE customer service. Product arrived faulty with visible staining and after returning the item, it took 5 weeks to get a refund after constant emailing. I shall never ever recommend or rebuy! The sizing is irregular and poor quality. Terrible experience with Tikiboo- do not use them!!

I have x7 Tikiboo pieces and I’ve been raving about you to all my friends, one recently placed an order for herself and a gift for me, it arrived with a problem with one of the pieces (for me). The medium size bra is absolutely huge compared to all the other mediums I’ve had before (which fit perfectly). She emailed customer service hoping for a quick resolution to the problem and has ended up having loads of back and forth emails with a really unhelpful person who just keeps making silly excuses.

The member of staff we communicated with made the conversation so drawn out (over several days), offered no resolution or apology, and refused to accept responsibility for a difference of 3cm in width (which for a fitted bra is obviously huge).

We’re now expected to pay for both return shipping, and for shipping a replacement item out even though the fault was your side. Obviously this breaches EU distance selling regulations regarding faulty or mistakenly sent items, however we weren’t getting anywhere talking to you so I’m just stuck with paying to return the item rather than waste any more time dealing with the matter. I don’t feel I should have to pay two lots of shipping simply to exchange to receive the item I ordered, so I’ll be sending the matching shorts back and having a refund. I also feel there would be little point in ordering either a medium or a small, as who knows what size the bra would be that arrives!

Needless to say this will be both mine and my friends last Tikiboo purchase, and I won’t be recommending you anymore. The prints are lovely, up until this experience the quality was great, but the customer service when there’s an issue... TERRIBLE.

Been shopping with Tikiboo for afew months now so not just 1 experience of them. Excellent products, fun and good quality which you don’t always get together. Fast delivery and excellent communication.

The staff at tikiboo are very friendly, approachable and polite.

I have ordered 3 times from them and I will not order again after the last time. I ordered a legging and a crop top. After placing the order, I realised I ordered the wrong size for the top so asked their customer service if I could cancel the wrong order.
I was told the next morning that it was too late as the package will ship soon - it shipped about 2 hours after this email. Anyway, I then wait for the delivery to arrive. Top is too big, as expected. From there, I had to request a RMA and pay for tracked postage to send the top back. This tracking cost me £7.40 which Tikiboo will not pay me back. I now have to wait 14 days for my money back and was told there is no point chasing customer service as it will not speed up the process.
I find this a bit much. Sending the stuff back registered at my own expense and then wait 14 days to get my money back?! Definitely should be an option for free returns.
I will not be returning to their website. Very disappointed.

Great shorts and leggings that stay put when running, and the bright colours always attract positive comments and I feel confident and eye catching when I wear them. High waist with tie or elastic keeps them in place, fabric seems durable and supportive, and the fit is always nice and tight without being constricting. I wear mine for running, cycling and as sporty casual wear too. Bright leggings look great with a hoody and trainers.
Delivery is fast and there’s always a discount to be had. Postage prices are very reasonable too.
I love my Tikis!
