5 times I bought of sellers some reply with lies but never received any goods try get your money back no chance banks don’t want to know total scam avoid I have eventually learned my lesson

Where do you start I ordered jelly babies for my granddaughter on the 19th march never got delivery or refund I’ve spoken to a woman I’ve emailed them and still they don’t refund or send the item so if you order on TikTok it’s possible you will never see it or get your money back very very disappointing will not be ordering anything again

Don’t even bother starting to sell with tiktok its honestly the worst platform. Use eBay, use Amazon, use WhatNot just dont use tiktok its rubbish and the customer services act like you’re talking to a brick wall. I would never recommend this platform, ur business will go in silly losses

This review concerns not tiktok itself, but any "company", trying to offer You easy money for clicking likes in tiktok. My experience Is fresh: You're requested to like videos on tiktok, each like 1€ (can be other currency). After 3 likes And earning of 3€, they send them to your account. Wauu! Amazing, instant money. But!!! Then comes "VIP" task. If You don't want to make this task, You'll become no membership (called "employent"). Ok, then you start VIP task. Easy And you earn instantly next 4€. Great. And then 3 likes in tiktok again, VIP, 3 likes And So on. Daily 18 tasks, 4 off them VIP. But!! The last VIP request slowly your own money. First, it wete 200€, it continued (without payment) with 600€ And finaly with 1900€. Then i made a Simple fault. Just a fault, nothing else, Wrong click. Result? The VIP can't be finished.. Big "theatre" of my "guide", like "He must fight Now, to solve the situation" And other bla bla, like ".. Now my sallary Will be lowered, cause of You!" Terrible. Result of this "fight"? I must "repair" my order And pay 5500€. Wauuuuuu!!!!!! If not, this VIP task can't be finished. Inpossible to get my investment back. The only solution Is to reopen the order And pay 5500€. Of course i refused with mention, why to pay 5500, to get about 2000 back? Next day i started to click likes.. After i "earned" 16€, I asked, when i'll get this "instant" money to my account.. Answer? After i'll Finish the VIP task, they'll pay my sallary to my account. My questions, if i do click likes for free today, no reply. Next questions about likes And an "AI" reply, after i'll Finish VIP task, bla bla bla. And benefit: until i'll don't pay 5500€, no next VIP tasks And my clicking "sallary" Will be lowered. I said "good bye" And deleted the chat. There Is no website, no contact, no name. Everything runs on Telegram only. Be aware!!! Instant money, You get immediately to account, Is just decoy only. Before first VIP task they ask You, if You want to do it. If not, of course, You'll get the money for likes, Which Is not very much. But after You're ready to do VIP tasks, You MUST CONTINUE still, otherwise your likes sallary Will be slowly lowered more And more. Nobody Is interested, You're a beginner in this job. Nobody accepts, You're can't be perfect first day. But they still ensure You, they'll help You everytime. One small fault And your invested money Is Away. To get them back? Inpossible, until You don't Finish the VIP task ( meaning, until You don't pay those money (in my case 5500€)). After You'll Finish it, You can click likes for money again.. I repeat: BE AWARE!! It's not earning, but HIDDEN Bitcoin investment. If You refuse to continue, You'll lose everything, cause all next payments Will be done, AFTER the Finishing of VIP task. This "company" works international, has no website, no name. You can't contact them, You can't find them. They'll approach You in TELEGRAM only. Finaly You must invest on their account on BTC your own money.

I ordered a number of items from tick tick, the one item apparently was delivered but it was not delivered I have been emailing them all week and also informed them my cameras proof the item was not delivered to my home, but with ignorance have continued to tell me it was. I am not blind, have cameras to proof this but again yesterday they emailed me to say it was delivered, I am also of work so don’t think I would miss my door knocking. As a final result I have written anywhere/everywhere to highlight this but I feel treated in an acceptable manner and ignorance. I would like to suggest not purchasing from this site unless you are happy with loosing money. I have requested my order to be cancelled immediately I rather spend my money somewhere trustworthy. ​Despite providing full documentation and proving my business success on other major platforms, TikTok Shop offers zero real support. Here is the reality:
​Managed by AI, Not Humans: You aren't dealing with people; you are dealing with bots. If the AI makes a mistake, there is no one to fix it.
​Zero Business Expertise: They have no experience helping sellers scale or protect their brands. They are a social app, not a professional e-commerce partner.
​High Risk, Low Trust: You can have all your documents in order, and they will still ignore your proof and freeze your progress.
​My Advice: Stick to platforms that value their sellers. Don't risk your capital on a platform that relies on broken algorithms instead of human support.

Worstplatform for sellers. No warning system. No account health rating for sellers. No transparency.

They even not provided me with subject access report for what they are legally bound.

Soon i shall be taking to court and make them 100000% transparent. Looks like they are operating with impunity

Ich möchte anderen potenziellen Kunden die Möglichkeit geben nicht auf Betrug reinzufallen, aber auch den Tiktok-Shop gerecht werden.
Denn nicht alles was man auf Tiktok sieht, wird auch über den TikTok-Shop angeboten!

Ich bin sehr positiv überrascht, wie zuverlässig, schnell, günstig, und qualitativ die Produkte sind, die direkt aus dem Tiktok-Shop angeboten werden und käuflich erworben werden können.

Lediglich die extern-verlinkten Internet-Seiten stellen ein großes Problem der "Vertrauenswürdigkeit" da!

Man kann diese Seiten gut daran erkennen, da das rote +Symbol durch ein Kettenglied-Symbol ( meist schwarzes Kettenglied auf orangenem Hintergrund ersetzt wird) direkt über dem Like-Button zu sehen ist.
Was zur Folge hat, das man auf externe Seiten im Browser weitergeleitet wird.

Achtet auf jeden Fall darauf, ob diese externen Seiten ein "Impressum" haben (Nicht alle sind Betrug) und überprüft dies, wenn möglich. Sonst lasst wirklich die Finger davon!

Ich selber habe durch meine Vertrauensvorschuss keine guten Erfahrungen gemacht, als ich Produkte außerhalb des Tiktok-Shops erwerben wollte!!!

Aber alles, was direkt im Tiktok-Shop angezeigt wird, ist bis jetzt von mir sehr positiv bewertet worden.

Die Produkte sind manchmal so günstig, das ich schon fast ein schlechtes Gewissen bekomme und mich fragen, ob die Verkäufer wirklich noch daran verdienen können.

Es wäre wirklich sehr wünschenswert, wenn die "Tiktok-Betreiber" diese extern-verlinkten Produktseiten entweder entfernen, oder aber über ihre Echtheit und Seriösität überprüfen würden.

Meist bleiben diese Seiten auch nicht lange in TikTok zu sehen, was mir auffiel, weil ich die Seiten markiert hab und nach kurzer Zeit nur noch graue Bilder im "Markiert-Filter" zu sehen waren.

Daher gebe ich Tiktok nur 4 Sterne, um Tiktok eine Chance zu geben, sich den fünften Stern bei mir zu verdienen.

Ich hoffe das wird viel Enttäuschung und Betrugsmöglichkeiten reduzieren und potenziellen Kunden den Erwerb von Produkten erleichtern.

I ordered a chain from a seller called street jewelery uk which was of bad quality and sent it back and tiktok acknowledged the receipt but when I asked for refund I was told it is not their shop. Totally ignored my request
Donot trust tiktok. They take your money but won't accept liability to refund

Terrible company to sell through. After four years on the platform, they suddenly closed our shop with no real explanation. We didn’t have huge sales, but that’s beside the point — they completely shut us down and simply said it was due to “Deactivated Shops.” That explanation makes no sense, and their communication is extremely poor. and they don't understand English grammar at all as there sentences make no sense . they really need to re word their policy for the UK.

When we asked for clarification, they just repeated the same phrase again, offering no real reason at all. Dealing with their support is incredibly frustrating — like Amazon customer service, but worse.

Do not put all your eggs in one basket with this company. They can shut down your business at any time, without warning, and potentially destroy it overnight. Luckily, we don’t rely on TikTok, but many people do. An absolutely horrendous experience.

SAFETY ISSUE – WINDSCREEN DAMAGE CAUSED BY FAULTY PRODUCT BOUGHT ON TIKTOK

The “3-Piece Glass Cleaning Brush Set” I purchased and received has caused significant damage to my vehicle’s windscreen. The product left a chemical film and deep streaks across the glass, creating severe glare from headlights and streetlights. This has made night-time driving extremely hazardous.

The issue occurred directly after using the product.

I have attempted multiple cleaning methods (detergent, Fairy, standard glass cleaners), but the residue is bonded to the glass. The windscreen now requires professional restoration or full replacement.

I have attached a quotation for the replacement of my Windscreen from National Windscreens.

I have repeatedly tried everything to contact the SELLER, but I have been BLOCKED and I have been trying to get help from the TikTok Customer Service Team and they are not helping.

Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, the seller is liable for consequential loss when a faulty product causes damage to a consumer’s property.

I am requesting:

A full refund, and
Compensation for the windscreen repair/replacement, which I will prove with professional quote.
The seller must be held accountable for selling an unsafe, defective product.
I hope someone will look into this as a matter of urgency and get back to me.

If nothing is resolved in 3 days, I will take this up with the Small Claims Court for the clsim.

BE CAREFUL OF TIKTOK.

I’ve made a little money on TikTok, and I appreciate that part. There are opportunities if you’re willing to work.

But realistically, for all the effort creators put in, the commission system is extremely low. You can sell 10, 15, even 20 items and it barely counts toward anything. Moving up as a seller is harder than people think.

On top of that, identity theft, idea stealing, and people ripping others off absolutely happens — and the platform doesn’t always protect creators the way it should.

So my experience is mixed: yes, it’s possible to earn, but creators deserve better support and better pay.
User beware, and know exactly what you’re stepping into.

I wouldn’t trust these guys based off all the reviews left.

Do not buy from this company. They are run by hackers. They steal your data and money. It is a facade to steal money and your own identity. I never thought the hackers were from Barcelona. Spain. They have two companies. They live in Dubai in a tiny apartment. They are young and have no idea what they’re doing. I hope interpol brings them down for ever and they go to jail for a long time.

Ordered four items didn’t come refused to refund even with email evidence evri can’t locate and has lost parcel

Was told they were by customer service screen shot messages and then said they not sent to paypal to dispute and evri email confirming can’t locate and lost

But I disputed with bank and got back asap instead waiting from paypal

Terrible platform, advise not sell to. They will close your shop with no reason. Even after they already approved everything.
