ADP counter top basins
I have purchased 2 counter top basins on online. I am happy with the whole experience with the company. The service was prompt and efficient from the order to delivery. Their step by step communications to advise me of what’s happening next with my order was a top notch. Each basins were packed separately in small boxes first, wrapped around with bubble packaging, and then packed in bigger boxes to have extra protection, which was excellent. I would use Tilemall again.

My tiles were lost in transit and my…
My tiles were lost in transit and my tilers had to be rescheduled 3 times.
Paul tried to help me get these tiles to me by the drop dead date but he couldn't get them to me early enough on the day so I had to arrange my own courier and help him unload these tiles by hand!
The shipping fee was refunded and the tiles look amazing.

Great experience dealing with Tilemall
I purchased an ADP Halo Wall Basin from this company and picked it up from their Silverwater warehouse. The customer service was excellent, and the warehouse itself was large, clean, and well organised. I would definitely buy from this company again when the opportunity arises.

Excellent communication
When the products that we ordered were not in stock and were on back order the guys from Tilemall contacted us to offer alternative products so we could continue with our project. The quality of the items is excellent and the shower mixer body and handle feeling like a top quality products.
The shower arm and head perfectly match our heated towel rails.
