I’ve been waiting a month for my second sample tile and am no closer to getting it despite being told it was being looked into. I actually had to send duplicate messages in regards to not receiving the tracking number in order to get a response. At this point why would I buy the dozen cases of tiles when I can’t even receive a sample tile let alone a follow up response

They provided wonderful customer service; all tiles came perfectly in one piece. I was nervous about the shipping, but they answered my questions very quickly each time I reached out.

I had a few glitches at first but got immediate response from Neal and I feel so much better still waiting on shipment but am super glad I ordered with a company that cares about their customers concerns and works to ensure their order is right

Tile Mart exceeded my expectations on 2 separate occasions. I was very impressed with how quickly they were able to get me the tile i needed in 2 days from California to North carolina! So crucial as a GC on a deadline!

I had some questions and went back and forth via chat to make sure I get what I needed and they were very responsive. I ordered and material arrived ahead of suggested timing packed incredibly well to make sure there would be no breakage.

I placed an order two weeks ago for 2 small tile pieces to sample that were not on their free sample supply list so had to pay item cost and shipping. I sent an email a week later to check on shipping since I didn’t get any shipment/tracking update via email. They responded and ensured me the order was processing and would soon be on its way….. it’s now 2 weeks later and I still haven’t gotten any tracking/shipment update. My job is on hold bc I am waiting on samples and have had to look elsewhere for a similar product while waiting for these items to come in. Time is $$$, and right now it’s being wasted.

Edit: I have since gotten a response that the supplier has informed them the product is no longer available and I have been refunded the full amount…….almost 3 weeks later. They are trying to find another supplier for me that carries the same product….. customer service and communication has been good, although delayed and prompted by a negative review…… still disappointed it’s taken this long.

After 11 days I finally got a UPS tracking number. After working for UPS for 27 years,last 2 processing damaged packages,I was a little concerned. I was quite impressed when I opened the page. The packing material was something I've never seen before and surrounded the tightly wrapped and protected with cardboard corners tiles.

I had a great experience buying from Tile Mart. From the very beginning, their team demonstrated professionalism by responding to questions and making the entire process smooth and efficient. The materials they provide are nice quality, and exactly as described. I would absolutely recommend them to anyone in need of quality tiles.

I ordered sample tiles a week ago and have not been notified of shipment yet. I need to make a decision on tiles soon and this delay means that I needed to purchase samples elsewhere…

I wanted the Elysium Aston gold polished, 48 x 48, , and although it had been discontinued, I found 36 cases of it on your website. I ordered 22 cases, paid, and was told when it would be delivered. Now, a week later, I'm being told you don't have it, and that you're refunding my money. I couldn't be more disappointed!!

great company to deal with.. First they had exactly what we needed to complete a bathroom renovation which we wanted to save the tile, but needed to replace a few sheets.... Tile Mart had exactly what we needed.... during shipping our package of tile was damaged so that we could not use the tile .... we contacted Tile Mart as soon as we received the package, they immediately responded and sent us a new shipment.

We purchased through Costco Next and had a great experience. I was able to chat with Neal over the phone and email to clarify details and arrange pickup. The tiles were available quickly, with very competitive pricing. Overall very happy with the transaction.

I placed order and paid, after 10 days I just want to check when I would receive my material. They said it has not been shipped yet. Than they said tiles are out of stock. And it will be available in 8 weeks.
I had paid and wait 10 days to get this answer!

Shame on Tilemart!!!

We had waited about a week and a half and hadn't received any news about our tile shipping, so I reached out to the customer service department. They said one of the tiles was stuck in customs and offered to ship the two different tiles separately or we could wait until the one in customs was ready to ship as a single order. Very fast response time and willing to make things work the fastest for the customer.

Very knowledgeable and helpful on a question I’d ask several other vendors who had no knowledge.

Processing and mailing order is slow as pouring molasses

Paid for tile and it never showed up!!! Numerous attempts at contacting has not led to any positive results. They use a service I have never heard of and are expensive

Customer service was excellent. Email response time was same day and quickly had answers for me. Went above and beyond to get me extra tiles that were on backorder, this really allowed us to not stall out our bathroom remodel. Price was much better than anyone else for the same tile and shipping was extremely fast. All tiles arrived and were perfect. I will use them for future projects and definitely recommend to anyone.

Be sure to make a claim within 5 days of receipt!
I ordered some tile sheets and they arrived on time. They had not been properly packed so there were some chips in each sheet. I was able to contact Tile Mart within the 5 day period from receipt of the tiles and they promptly responded to my request to repeat the original order. I have not yet received this next order but I am hoping they pack the tiles more sufficiently to avoid chipping. So far I am completely satisfied with their customer service.

Large forest green tile is hard to find. After searching many sites, I found the tile I wanted at tilemart.com.
The forest green tile combined with gray swirled granite is stunningly beautiful!
