Fast delivery and the product was well protected with no breakage.

Wish I had checked reviews before ordering. Slowest thing I've ever ordered, I've had it come from China faster. Ive still not even recieved my order that was made weeks ago.

UPDATE: did finally get a response from a real person and they offered to refund my originaly order as well as still send the samples they do have...hoping this all comes to fruition!

No stars if possible. Ordered samples mid Feb. and no customer service help when trying to check status of shipping other than AI stating I'll receive tracking when shipped. Requested refund and zero repsonse as well.

Only went through the sample process and glad I did because it stopped me from actually using them. Their samples are “free” but charge you $9.99 for shipping. The tiles come in a small 5x6 inch sample. Almost impossible to tell if you like the color or the size or anything because it is so small. Either allow us to buy multiple full sized samples for a fraction of the price or don’t charge me $10 to get a coaster sized sample that doesn’t help me whatsoever

Never shipped my items. Still waiting after contacting customer service. Scam company. Don’t buy.

Avneet was great to work with. Floors and countertops look fantastic. Trades people were respectful and did great work. Two levels of flooring, carpet and vinyl planking, countertops were completed within a two week period.
Tilemart carries everything for a renovation. You can match everything in one place. No need to carry samples everywhere. They do it all.

I recently bought a box of tiles from TileMart to do some small projects. I was worried bc some places on web gave me a quote for shipping that was more than the tile. TileMart’s shipping cost was much more reasonable. When I received the box there was a minor discrepancy with the number so I contacted online their support. They got back to me in about 10 minutes which was incredible. After documenting the problem TM then sent me the correct number of tiles. They all arrived here with no damage! So my experience with TileMart was super positive!

Only requested samples and they got that wrong.
FYI - the samples are small squares; not the whole tile so this didn’t help for deciding which size tile would be best suited.
All tiles ordered were same white tile.
Nope - all tiles different colors!
At least I can cut my losses with this company at the wasted cost of mailing the samples.
Based on this experience, why on God’s Green Earth would I place a full order?

Terrible customer service. At first I thought they were really responsive when I asked for the actual tile dimensions. But once I placed my order it all stopped. I received the package on 8/8/24, but had lots to do. We took it in and didn't open it until today, 8/15/24. Opened it up and noticed that only 6 tiles out of 17 in the box were whole. The rest had cracked corners or were busted. So I contacted their support and I was told that they only give 5 days for damage claims, so sad, so bad. I contacted UPS to try to start a damage claim, but was told that whoever the shipper is they didn't submit the manifest of this shipment, so until they do a claim can't be filed? Wow. So I contacted my credit card company who file a dispute on my behalf. I felt bad to do this to a small outfit. Things are tough these days for all of us. But I don't think it is good customer service. Their 5 day rule is ridiculous because even UPS gives you up to 60 days upon receipt to initiate a loss or damage claim, no matter if concealed or not. This box of tile would have been covered 100% under the UPS Ground included protection which is up to $100 + original shipping charges. I don't really understand what the big deal is here. This tells me that this is an amateur shot that gives a rats behind about their customers.

Furthermore the quality of the tiles advertised as floor tiles was lousy. This domes not mean that all of their tiles are lousy quality, but those sure were. Anyway, Long story short: I can't recommend them at all.

Very helpful sales person (Guri) @ Surrey store. We required only a small amount of tile and were treated as if we were tiling a whole house, it was a real pleasure dealing with him after some very bad experiences at the big box stores.

We have been unable to reach TileMart to verify the status of our order. We received two emails on 8/3/20 sent at exactly the same time 3:35 and one email said our order has shipped and the other said our order had been refunded. I have not received responses to multiple emails inquiring as to the status of the order since the order was placed. I will not recommend or purchase any tile from TIleMart.

I made an order contact the company thru email and phone can’t get a hold of anyone !!!

Supposedly my order shipped on 6/26. No tracking number provided. Called, messaged and emailed inquiring about my order with no response!

I’m still waiting on my order that supposedly shipped on June 26th. No tracking number provided and no response to messages, emails or calls. I doubt that this is a legitimate company. Spend your money elsewhere!!!

Can not get in touch with Tile Mart, phone announcement doesn't say store name but "Google subscriber" or something, left message two different times, no one returned my call. Emailed customer service, no response.
If there were negative ratings, this would be -5

Your website did not share the operation was closed. I ordered and paypal was used. I need this canceled and refunded.... no communications from tilemart.
