Not like the colour I ordered

I needed a number of tiles other than the pack sets Quantities you can select on the website . As directed on the website I phoned Tiles and Smiles who set me up with a bespoke quantity order that enabled me to select it online and pay. It was all very easy and efficient. The tiles arrived on the day i was given and was contacted by the delivery service and hour before he arrived. All together a very efficient outfit. Many Thanks.

My experience with Tiles and Smiles has been quite frustrating due to their customer service, which I must say was far from satisfactory.

I meticulously designed my garden to minimize the need for cut tiles, aiming for whole or half tiles to avoid unsightly small sections. When I received the tiles, I was disheartened to discover damage caused by their logistics. Out of the two pallets I received, one was in perfect condition with zero damage. However, the second pallet had over eight damaged tiles. I promptly emailed Tiles and Smiles to report the issue and seek a resolution.

I expected a response that began with an apology for the inconvenience, but unfortunately, that was not the case. Instead, I was directed to their terms and conditions, which stipulated reporting damage within 48 hours of delivery. Let's face it, how many people receiving two full pallets of tiles would actually inspect every single tile within that timeframe? It's simply not practical and could risk damaging the tiles through excessive handling.

The silver lining in this experience is that the tiles themselves look great once installed. However, the entire experience has been marred by the unresponsive and seemingly untrained customer service department. It's disappointing when a company falls short in this crucial aspect of customer satisfaction.

In conclusion, while the tiles from Tiles and Smiles ultimately met my expectations in terms of appearance, the overall experience left much to be desired due to the lack of empathy and understanding from their customer service team. I hope they can improve their customer service to match the quality of their products.

I am very happy with my purchase, Ness was amazing very kind and helpful she answered all my questions patiently and she helped me to place my order and with delivery super helpful and professional. The tiles are great look exactly like photo in their website, my tiler was pleased with the quality very even and flat no problem with firing them on the box behind the bath. Very please with quality of the tile , delivery and customer services I definitely recommend it.
