They proactively substituted two larger tile samples for the four small ones I ordered, which was very helpful as the pattern could be seen more clearly

I am extremely pleased with the outdoor tiles I purchased from this supplier. The quality of the tiles exceeded my expectations, and they look fantastic in our outdoor space. The ordering process was straightforward, delivery was on time, and the tiles arrived well-packaged and in perfect condition.
Customer service was also excellent—helpful, professional, and responsive throughout the process. It’s refreshing to deal with a company that delivers exactly what it promises.
I would highly recommend this supplier to anyone looking for high-quality outdoor tiles and reliable service. I will certainly use them again for future projects.

Respuesta de Tiles and Smiles Limited
Hello Darren,
We are sorry to hear that you were disappointed with your experience.
After reviewing your order, we found that the delivery address and postcode provided did not match, which prevented the sample from being delivered and resulted in the parcel being returned to us.
Once we became aware of the issue, we attempted to contact you by phone and also sent emails and messages requesting confirmation of the correct address, but unfortunately we did not receive a response.
We would still be happy to send a replacement sample. Please contact us with the correct delivery details, and we will arrange this for you as soon as possible.
Kind regards
Tiles and Smiles Ltd.

Couriers are a nightmare as the delivery time keeps changing and they dont accommodate that as a business, we aren't on site at 18.30 and cant expect our customers to receive pallets of slabs

Respuesta de Tiles and Smiles Limited
Dear Stuart,
Thank you for your kind review and for highlighting our communication and prompt delivery.
We completely understand your frustration regarding the courier's changing delivery times. As a business serving trade customers, we appreciate that sites are not always staffed late into the evening and that receiving pallet deliveries can be challenging when schedules change unexpectedly.
While we work closely with our delivery partners to provide the most accurate delivery information possible, we recognise that there is room for improvement and will continue to share this feedback with our couriers.
Thank you again for your valuable comments and for choosing us. We look forward to serving you again in the future.

Excellent service
I ordered some tile samples and they arrived the very next day, which was a great start. When I went to place the full order, the tiles weren’t immediately in stock, but Ness kept me updated every step of the way.
She let me know the expected arrival date, notified me as soon as the shipment landed in the country, and even followed up once it had passed through customs. Thanks to her communication, we were able to schedule our fitter with confidence, and the tiles arrived exactly on the day she promised.
Fantastic customer service and a really reliable company. Highly recommended!
