They proactively substituted two larger tile samples for the four small ones I ordered, which was very helpful as the pattern could be seen more clearly

Great experience
Great experience! We were dubious at first as you automatically go to places where you know the name however after reading the review on Trust Pilot for Tiles and Smiles and the price of the tiles compared the larger names, we decided to order. Great deals if you need large amounts, great service after ordering with informative emails. Delivery was easy and the tiles are great quality and look identical to the picture. My only piece of advice would be 1. Order samples prior and 2. They cut the sample from an actual tile, so our sample didn’t have any veins on it so looked to be just grey, however just know it could be where they’ve cut. Great company, great tiles, great price!

Odd ordering system through website if specific quantity needed but not difficult.
Delivery was actually 4 days too early, thankfully the delivery driver was an absolute star (Palletline).

Respuesta de Tiles and Smiles Limited
Dear Steve,
Thank you for shopping from us and for your comment.
We are sorry to hear about the early delivery problem. We realized that the 3rd party transport company has delivered the pallet much earlier than the date we put on their logistic system. Requested delivery date was 17th of February but instead they delivered on 13th Feb. We`ll warn them about this isuue. Thank you for informing us.
If there is anything that we can rectify the problem you had at this stage, we are happy to do it asap.
All the Best !
