The timber arrived just as ordered, is very good quality and was probably the best wrapped package I have ever received so no damaged edges. I had to delay delivery due to being away but this was handled faultlessly. Great service all round.

The site is easy to use, the quality is excellent.
However, it is very expensive and takes a long time to deliver.

Takes a little longer as milled to order butbthats to be expected. Arrived when they said it would. Great quality product. No problems. Wood was very straight not bowing or anything. Would definitely use again.

Could have done with an update after 10days. Had to phone, and then wait for an answer from the production area.

The website was easy to use and the Sapele was a good price. The postage was 2 weeks, but that was very clearly stated on the site.
