They gave me a delivery time and once it was despatched I was notified every step of the way untill it was delivered to my door.
The goods I ordered was excellent, package excellent planed all round Sepele,to exact measurements.
Fully recommend this company can not fault them.
First time I have used them it will not be the last.

Good quality timber delivered on time and safely packaged

This was an order for three boards of American black walnut. The quality of the timber was excellent. All three boards were planed all round and the finish was first class. All three walnut boards had beautiful grain, which is very good because they have been used to make two jewellery boxes. The delivery service was also excellent.

3 nice lengths of quality hardwood timber for a decent price and nicely packaged. Well worth the wait.

The quality and finish of the timber supplied was excellent and very well protected for transport. The service was very good and the only very minor problem was the delivery time. Please note it was delivered on time and the delivery schedule had been allowed for in the small project build time. I have planned another project later this year and I will certainly be asking the company to supply the timber.

Ordered 18 x 48mm walnut. Small problem with finished cut size. Contacted a very helpful customer services department and spoke to an extremely pleasant and understanding gentleman.
TC4U arranged collection and replacement of problem timber.
If only all businesses were like this.
Impressed by the quality of the timber and overall shopping experience.
Would I use TC4U again? Definitely.

good service, the quality of timber is good, but there was a few chips on the edges, for me its ok as i will be cutting it down, delivery takes a while, but im guessing these guys are very busy, 5 star
