Good prices, reasonable delivery charge and stocked the sections I needed, which were otherwise hard to source. Some of the lengths though were split along the edge and the lengths were less than stated (3.9m rather than 4.2m) but I can live with these issues for what I need. Where the service does need to improve is communication about delivery. The website promises delivery tracking but there is none.

The Lutyens Bench arrived bang on time, delivered by Ali the cheerful driver.
The bench itself is solid, very well built,of quality hardwood and looks great.
Easy to erect with ail joints properly machined and snugly fitting.

Ordered on line but lengths I wanted weren’t in stock. I received a call to let me know and to help find a solution. Refreshing to speak to a helpful, polite person rather than just receiving an email or text. He really was so helpful going out of his way to assist making it so much easier to resolve.

A very quick delivery from ordering a quality product.

Took 4 weeks to get delivered.
I emailed and got no reply, left voicemail got no reply. I had to ring constantly for 2 hours to finally get a reply, then after 4 weeks they finally delivered.

As a smallish company they do their best to serve the customer.
They really tried to accommodate my needs and delivered speedily.

I was let down by a local company and found Timber-DIY Limited online. I rang on a Friday to ask how long a delivery would be as it was urgent and was told it could be delivered by the Tuesday. I then ordered online and after a phone call from the company, it was delivered on the Sunday after a four-hour journey to my address. I couldn't be more impressed and pleased. The driver was incredibly helpful and off loaded all the wood within a few minutes.

I has order the timber with them after 3 weeks. Order not arrive and I try contact them but they ignore us. I need to try contact my bank to get money back.

Ordered with no problem, communication wasn't great! Saying that tho. Stuff turned up when stated, so yes all good 5 stars.

Bought some cladding which was significantly cheaper than I could get locally and that even included delivery. It was delivered on a day that suited me and I got a call from the driver the day before to confirm details. Driver couldn’t have been more helpful unloading.

Quick delivery , great products

Great service ! Placed a large order late one evening and it was delivered 3 days later. Good quality wood and nice early delivery. Called the evening before to advise ETA and was unloading at 07:30. Only downside the driver didn’t help unload so good job husband was here. Can now get on with our building project 😁
