Excellent
Contrary to one / two negative reviews which made me reluctant at first, they were very helpful when I spoke to them over the phone. Then the delivery driver called the night before to advise on ETA and again 45 mins before on the day. Very polite man. They gave me two extra loglaps I suspect in case of any damage to my order. Checked them - all good. I had a builder client at my property when they arrived and he will be ordering from them next. Thank you!!

Product arrived badly damaged
Product arrived badly damaged. Advertised as fully rounded log lap however was flat. Overpriced for flat log lap. Contacted to resolve via email but no reply.

Top quality product at a reasonable…
Top quality product at a reasonable price. Friendly Delivery driver who helped hand unload rhe timber delivery. Only reason they drop a star is due to the fact the delivery come a day later than expected due to the van braking down on the day of the delivery. Otherwise 👍

Aggressive staff
The delivery driver has just been thrown off of my property by my partner for being rude and aggressive towards me in my own back garden. He only had to come back because he didn’t deliver as many decking boards as he should in the first place.

Do not use
Do not use. They never deliver. They never call you back, even when you call them and they promise to ring you back and promise that they will deliver. A complete waste of time if you're just a home DIY'r. They just don't care about the small orders. 3 weeks of waiting, taking days off and constant calls to them. Eventually they just tell you to cancel the order and take a refund. They have no problem taking your money. But getting the goods is unlikely.
