We recently booked a 3-city holiday package through Times and Travels UK, and it was an excellent experience from start to finish.

The package included return flights (London to Budapest, back from Prague), high-quality hotel stays with breakfast, and smooth train transfers between Budapest–Vienna–Prague. Everything ran on time, the accommodation exceeded expectations, and the itinerary gave us a perfect balance of sightseeing and relaxation.

Communication from the agency was prompt and clear throughout. We felt supported and well-informed during the entire trip. It made our family holiday stress-free and truly enjoyable.

In the company the official Jaxon is performing out standing we are very pleased with the package and support he provides to his customers. company is good and doing good business.

Still no refund ! You owe us €743.50 (plus interest) . You have refused a full refund as promised on 29th may! We have evidence, and no we do not accept your last offer of £459 paid weekly and the rest made up of credit notes we wouldn’t use this awful company again! All correspondence has been ignored since the last offer 2 weeks ago! Appalling way to treat a pensioner .

Hi just had a response to my previous review even bigger joke.
My daughter received an offer of £450 to be paid weekly and a £200 credit note.
Why would we want a credit note from such a crap company that can’t be trusted.
I saved a long time to save the £3100 to pay for this trip of a life time for my grandchildren.
They was supposed to have 2 full days in euro Disney but on the second day was told that times and travel uk had cancelled the tickets two days before we had even left .
Stuck outside Disney in 31 degrees heat with a baby and four kids eventually got through to times and travel uk had.
They said that if we paid to get in they would refund the money which is £648.50 but now they want accept the above offer only if I remove bad reviews.

We booked a trip to Disneyland Paris which included Flights, Hotel, Transfers and Park tickets.
The flight and hotel was fine. But the Transfer was 20 minutes late and only one turned up knowing nothing about having the take the a total of 9 people. They only had a booking for 5, finally the other transfer turned up but we didnt have any contact number or anything so had no idea how to contact anyone!

When we arrived at Disneyland to get into the park. The reference they provided us was one that Disneyland would never use and wasn't even a proper reference number. You couldn't contact times and travel and were left at the entrance until they finally answered our facebook message, as thats the only way we could get hold of them, and they told us that there supplier had unexpectedly cancelled. We were supposed to have 2 days in the park. We ended up having to pay for another 2 days of tickets direct from Disneyland costing us £1000s.

When we arrived home we contacted Times and Travel Via email and facebook. We never received a reply to email but did receive a facebook response. They stated they would provide us with a refund but its been 6 weeks and we still havent received a refund. They have told us a change in management has caused the delay.
We've now had to take the complaint higher and have contacted citizens advice.
AVOID!

Would definitely recommend for a good family holidays. They booked a very good package for us.

Booked a short break to Iceland through Joe at Times & Travels UK and they couldn't have been more helpful.

Our flight got delayed a day and a half due to wind, contacted Joe who took all necessary actions to reschedule transfers and excursions. Our blue lagoon trip got cancelled because of eruptions but Joe refunded this.

Even after all the issues had a great time due to the contact and professionalism of Joe.

Great service. The most helpful travel agent I have used. Responded instantly to any questions and tried to assist in the best way they could.

From our flight amd Hotel and private transfer park tickets spot on for everything.

This started as an ad o Facebook so I never held out much hope after some research and confirmation this was a real company. My experience has been flawless communication was fast everything explained and nothing seemed to much. We just booked disneyland paris for 6 people at an amazing price and will definitely be using them again
