Alexas travel and times travel are the same. Please don't be mistaken and they both are genuine company. Alexas Travel has honestly dealt with my voucher and moved me to one best flight with Qatar Airways after I spoke to the professional Mr Paul.

Trust me he's the one who can deal with your issues and he finds you the best outcome. He has the patience to listen and find out the best solutions.

Efficient, professional and showed due diligence with their follow through with customer care. Times Travel need to feature their contact details more prominently on all affiliates' email headers, websites etc to let all company's know they are regulated by them if anything goes wrong as the staff at Times Travel itself are very responsible.

A guy dubiously and fraudulently requested from me to pay £859.00 into the bank account of Times Travel Limited and issued a fake ticket for me in the name of Alexa Travel. As soon as I discovered this scam, I went to the registered office of Times travel with my complaints and supportive documents.
On getting to the office, I met a gentleman by name Dharan. He received me warmly and asked me to tell him what actually happened.Then, I explained the whole scenario.
Subsequently, he told me that he would investigate the matters and ensured that my money was refunded as soon as possible. He gave me his business complimentary card for assurance.
After few days, my money was fully refunded, £859.00

He mediated a particularly distressing situation whereby a subsidiary of Times Travel had missold us a package and were not refunding our money. It was only through his stern intervention and determination to deliver for his customers that this situation was rectified. He also went above and beyond during our stay to ensure it went smoothly. my ticket’s are messed up by Alexa. Who pretended to be British airline and stole my money . The complaints manager dharan ask me one hour to resolve the matter and he sorted it . Now I understand Alexa is just one of many companies work under this big umbrella of times travel and i am glad my complaint was handled well professional manner thanx to Darren
