Timestravel Opiniones

They are friendly and have good customer service, and I like their level of work ethic.

I booked my ticket from time travel best service they provide

I booked ticket for my mom through times travel 😊

Scammers....
They will tell u flights are booked and confirmed .... then a few days later they will call back and say the airline has cancelled the tickets.... the agents act like they don't know who u have spoken to and then send u a conformation letter to which they run through the minimum details and tell u to send a email saying u agree to the terms..

They will take ur hard earned money and not feel any way about it

They have so many sub travel agency based in outside the country. Times travel or corp based on 13 Station Road,SE25
I had bad experience with Traveltoharam which is one of their agent. Try to avoid times travel.

Times Travel charged us £990 for changing a reservation for the two of us for our flight from London to Sydney. We then found out from Swiss, who were the Carriers, that Times Travel had overcharged us and that the actual surcharge for this change of reservation should have been £496. We asked Times Travel to rectify this mistake by returning our overpayment but they refused and instead offered to give us travel vouchers for £496 in compension. We declined this and insisted on a cash refund because by then we had no confidence in their integrity. We heard no more from them and they have ignored all our attempts to communicate with them by phone and by email. We also sent an official Recorded Delivery letter to them as advised by our legal counsel, to settle the matter amicably. They ignored this and did not respond. We phoned them today. They told us the case is closed. We are now in the process of initiating legal action against them.

Hi times and travel were great to book with and answered all my queries I would definitely book with them again flights and hotel great and Disney was brilliant me and my daughter enjoyed it very much thanks again times and travel

⚠️ Public Warning: Beware of Scammers Posing as British Airways (BA) ⚠️

We wish to alert you to a recent scam operation where fraudsters impersonated British Airways (BA), leading to a significant financial loss. My friend and I were deceived into parting with a total of £750 under the guise of legitimate transactions with BA. This incident has prompted us to file a detailed police report, and we are pursuing legal action to hold the perpetrators accountable for their actions, aiming to recover all lost funds and address the damages inflicted.

I had an issue with Alexa Travel where one of their agents charged me incorrectly. Despite my attempts to contact them through various means such as email, phone, I was unable to resolve the issue. As a result, I reported the incident as a scam to my bank. However, at the end of the day, I managed to find the phone number associated with the charge and decided to call. Luckily, I was able to speak with Zee, one of the directors, who promptly resolved the issue within a day. It was then that I discovered that this agency operates under the name "Times Travel" and has been taking advantage of customers. I must commend Zee for his exceptional service, as he not only secured a refund for me but also followed up with several phone calls to ensure that everything was resolved satisfactorily.

Thank you to Abid for exemplary service. Abid has been helpful throughout the last couple of weeks to help me book my umrah trip! I will surely be returning to this company only because of Abid!

Absolutely fantastic service. Complete peace of mind. I just explained what I wanted and they put it all together for me. Was a truly personal bespoke service. I felt completely comfortable that my trip. Was all taken care of. Once there I they made sure everything was on point and made follow up calls to ensure my family holiday was going smooth. Can't recommend them enough. Roomina home I dealt with deserves a medal. A massive thank you. Wouldn't trust anyone else to take care of any trip I go on.

Wanted to cancel booked Emirates that I had booked with Emirates directly. Googled what I thought was Emirates phone no. and asked to cancel flights. Was told to pay £330 cancellation fee.
This call was actually Alexa travel and Times Travel took the money.
When got through to Emirates was told that there was no cancellation fee on our booking. Alexa/Times Travel at no time this was their fee and not Emirates. I definitely feel that I have been scammed over this.

Very welcoming environment, highly professional and helpful staff (Mahmood). Highly recommended.

I felt in good hand with Timesteavel, booking the flight was easy and simple thanks to the agent dealing with me. Full marks too a Timestravel.I will be using them again.

We have been booking with Romina for the past few years and everytime the service has been excellent.

Recent we travelled to Zanzibar annd Nairobi. Often we just tell Romina where we wish to go, and we leave the rest with her. We trust her attention to detail and to ensure that we get the best accommodation and experiance are commendable.

Thus far we have been left very impressed with the service and intend to book with Romina for all future intended travels.

We recently made a booking with Romina, she was so efficient and thorough and paid attention to every detail. She made sure that she was easily available to support for every query before the holiday and the best thing is also during the trip! Thank you for checking us in for our flight whilst I was enjoying my last night away in Malaysia. I cannot thank her enough for her excellent customer service, looking forward to booking the next one! A definite 5* service indeed! :)

Farhan was fast and efficient..the interaction was minimal , works well for me with a busy lifestyle. Dates Times were accurate and best possible pricing. Would highly recommend and will be booking all further travel arrangements with him 😀
