We have booked three family holidays with Romina at times travel. We’ve had faultless service each time and we are so grateful for her wealth of advice on hotels and packages. She has delivered on price and quality and nothing seems too much trouble which is why we go back each time.

We booked our umrah trip via umrah house which is part of time travels . Initially we had some booking and confirmation issues and we were absolutely not happy. Then I looked into the reviews and I got worried coz some of the reviews where not great .
We did some diggings and then some how I came across with one the senior staff Murtaza Mir he did listen to us and explained the whole process in very professional way and gave us some confidence. Because after going through some very negative and harsh reviews I thought we have lost our money and we won’t get the same level of services as promised, but I must say the way Murtaza mir handled the situation and he made sure we get every thing as we promised . As I was travelling with kids and we dnt wanted any last minute surprises.
It was amazing trip and the team was very prompt and professional. Infct the transportation company in saudia was also very helpful and we got 5*service

Umrah House booked our whole Umrah pakage from UK and I must say they did really great job. Flights, Hotel ,transport and visa all done very professionally. Mr. Mir and his team mates Imran and Bilal helped us on every step. I already referred them and Inn Shaa Allah next time will go with them again..
I must say in Makkah and Madinah they upgrade our rooms too.

I booked my family holiday to Qattar, family of 6, Romina was absolutely fantastic we asked so many questions she answered them all, we changed so many things she did everything with a smile, the prices are very good, we made a good saving, we are yet to fly put in 2 weeks, we are so confident we will have an amazing time.

They said they had booked extra legroom seats for us on an upcoming flight/s they said it would cost £434 so I agreed but when I checked the airline seating system the seats didn't have extra legroom so I requested a cancelation and refund. I was told that everything was fine but I said no I wanted to cancel. I checked my bank and they had taken £100 from my account I asked them again for a refund they said they would give me £50 I refused and hung up. They phoned me back and said they would refund me the £100. They didn't so I have brought a claim against them with my bank. I have also changed my bank card as a precaution. Bunch of crooks beware shame on them harij ealayk
Update: they replied saying that they have no record of the transaction ? So I sent them the details they use many company names to hide behind and plead ignorance but it was them who took my money Crooks
I got my money back thanks to my bank and Trustpilot they hadn't reserved the seats I checked on the Airlines web site
