The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful throughout the entire process, from planning to execution. They took the time to understand my travel needs and preferences and helped me find the perfect vacation package.

Booked flights to the middle east, got them instantly and at a good rate

This company is absolutely thief, I spoke with a women called Fatima to book for UMRA ticked on 13th of November, we agreed the price then she asked me to deposit £200 as it was evening time but I will pay the rest of the money in the morning, at about 10:00 am I called, no answer I texted her asking to send me the ticket details so I can pay the rest of the money but bo contact whatsoever, I tried many times but no answer, contacted the office in Tooting and spoke with their manager called AMIIR, he checked and confirmed that I paid but he said I have to wait 7 day, I called again and the staff as soon as recognise my voice they say we can’t hear you, several people called asking AMIIR they say he is busy call back , I am still waiting my money.
THEY ARE LIERES, THEY CALL THEMSELVES MUSLIM BUT A MUSLIM PERSON DONT STEAL AND DONT LEI, PLEASE STAY AWAY FROM THEM UNFORTUNATELY I DIDNT READ THE REVIEW BECAUSE ONE OF MY FREIND RECOMMENDED ME WHICH IN THE END THEY BLAMED ON HER THAT MY MONEY SHE WANTED TO BOOK A TICKET FOR HER, WHICH IS LIE AGAIN, STAY AWAY

I have booked twice with Timestravel now and after this recent experience in particular, I just had to leave a review. In all my years of travelling I honestly haven’t received such excellent service from a travel agency as I did with Timestravel. I had to change my departure date and Harris and Adam really went all out to help me. They were efficient and treated my request for date change with urgency and literally they got me on the next available flight.
I’ve had dealings with agencies where they are difficult to get hold of, especially once you have purchases your ticket. But Harris responded to my messages even when he was on holiday!
A real big sincere thank you to Timestravel cos without you guys I wouldn’t be sat at the airport right now.

I never leave reviews but this company are a scam! After guaranteeing us a refund due to cancelling tickets same day we paid them, they have lied to us for two months , claiming their bank accounts are frozen, backtracking, changing stories every time we phone and being incredibly rude to us. They’ve also lied to us and pretended to be management when we rang when it was just call centre employees. They have made multiple lies and we are now taking this claim up with ATOL due to them holding our money hostage and pressuring us to pay the deposit through bank transfer (DODGY)

I must say the service was excellent,must give a special mention to one of the employers named Asfand who gave us a great package and constantly checked on us even during the trip to ensure everything was going smoothly.Would definitely not hesitate in the slightest to book with Timestravel considering the service and reasonable prices/packages which they have at offer.

This is a very unprofessional travel agents sent an inquiry and got a WhatsApp call in the middle of the night. Next morning had a phone call the guy spoke like if he just landed in the uk poor English

As of today 23 , this useless agency is still not given customer enough information about the problem in Heathrow airport so a lot of passengers have landed to lagos without their luggages, just because of the little commission they get for selling ticket. This people re wicked.. .

I can’t explain in words how happy I am with Times travel, saeed helped me book an amazing holiday to Maldives and Dubai I only just got back and had the time of my life, not only did he help me book it. but because of him they upgraded my room in Maldives I will 100% be using Times travel again.

Great experience booking with TimesTravel. Highly recommend them. They were very responsive and nothing was too much trouble. On top of that they offer extremely competitive prices too.

A big thank you to Times Travel for organizing the most wonderful family holiday. The travel itinerary was very well thought out and the holiday was a pleasure from start to finish. Will definitely be booking another holiday again with Times Travel!

Please do not trust this company at all. My sister has recently been scammed by these cunning and unprofessional human beings! They have scammed her by £500. It is disgusting that this group of people who are pretending to be Muslims think it’s ok to do this to others. They clearly do not have a conscious or any morals or values. Please avoid Holidopa, Muslim Holy Travel and Times Travel.

I am using this company since 2008 and till now Haris Bhai and all other staff members are very polite, helpful and professionals. They treat you like a family member.
