I placed an order for Christmas presents for my grandson in October. They were eventually delivered - but to the wrong address! I sent an email to confirm this but was repeatedly told the order had been delivered. I am fed up with emails going back and forth saying it had been delivered and no it hasn’t!
Eventually I was told they would issue a replacement order - but that hasn’t arrived. When I questioned where it was, I got a reply showing where it had been delivered to - and once again it was the wrong address (despite me confirming my address and postcode)!
The customer service and delivery system of this company is terrible. I wish I had read the many reviews before I placed my order.
I have now asked for a full refund - but won’t hold my breath!!

This is a scam. No stars. The Interactive Sounding Board game was wildly different to the one advertised and much much smaller. This one INCLUDED A PLAY PRETEND ELECTRIC SOCKET AND PLUG!! Wildly inappropriate and cannot be given to my grandchildren.

Cheap rubbish, stay away and do not order a thing from this cheap chinese company. Impossible to get a refund so I'm requesting a free replacement so at least they have to pay two lots of cheap crap and postage.

Man do I wish I’d read the reviews before I bought the light up drawing pad - total waste of money the ink doesn’t wipe off!! And the cloth scratches the screen. Ridiculous.

Absolutely pathetic. From a very positive advertisement to proper tosh product. Thank the lord I didn’t pay a massive amount for my experience. Avoid at all costs. Not only is the product tat, the courier damaged the packaging and finally just dropped it outside in the pissing rain. DO NOT GO ANYWHERE NEAR!

The item received was not as described on contacting them they said there were several models of the item. They initially offered a 30% refund then a 50% refund then renagued on both and said they would only issue a refund if I returned it to China despite the purchase being made from Germany. I wouldnt buy another item from this company

Order took forever to arrive and did so in a broken cardboard box.

Appalling quality, bought items as gifts, will not be giving as not sure will be safe. And all look cheap and nasty. Chinese company, you have to assemble these parts yourself. In clear plastic packaging covered in chinese writing which I presume is assembly instructions. A complete waste of money. Looks like something you would pick up in a pound shop and that’s probably being generous!

I order a toy for my daughter back in August and I never received. Still waiting. And the customer support team didn't help at all. Very disappointed

The item arrived in a very battered condition due to vet poor packaging.

Not a UK company. My package has apparently been at 2 airports and I still haven’t got it.

Do not use this company. Christmas presents bought for youngest son, arrived over 2 weeks, packaging completely damaged, on all 3 items. I wish I'd read others reviews before ordering. I've left a negative review due to the late delivery, got the same copy and paste response as all the other reviews, asking for reference number to resolve, but they did not send a confirmation providing a reference number!! Claim to be a UK business, but not, scammers, save your money!!

My items were inadequately packaged. The boxes were squashed and damaged on receipt. I was hoping to use the items as gifts. The contents look of very poor quality. I would not recommend ordering from them.

Item is nothing as described & the photo of the item is totally different to the item sent. Item was reduced from £85 down to £40, but could have bought the item delivered for £5 on a market stall. Absolute con artists so don’t touch them with a bargepole.
Have now had responses to my complaints from this “mickey mouse” out fit, the last one offering me a 75% refund & I keep the crap they sent me, which I have not accepted. I have, however, contacted HSBC and logged a “misrepresented sale” & they have refunded my full costs whilst they investigate. I’ve also sent HSBC the full email trail proving that the company is not complying with consumer laW, and would suggest everyone else who’s had the same shoddy experience does the same.

If I'd known this wasn't a UK company I'd never have ordered , took over a month to arrive, no reply to emails asking where my order was, when it arrived so cheaply made ,rubbish plastic toy , wished I'd read reviews before ordering, never again

I wish I had seen these reviews before I ordered ( the reviews on their website are total rubbish) 2 activity books for my granddaughter. Firstly how can a company say they are UK. When they are Austria???
It took almost two weeks to arrive. They have been delivered today. Well the quality is so poor. I wish I could have given zero.
The activity books have to be assembled first. All the Velcro has to be attached to every item bearing in mind they are only 10 mm each diameter there are 126 PARES. To attach that's before you have to attach 3 rings to hold the book together.
Total waste of money. No wonder they are half-price. Don't waste your money..

Waited 4 weeks for 4 boxes of Xmas Lego to give my grandson - all the boxes were smashed as not protected - useless now as a present

I buyed two drawings lamps from this guys , just scamers , very poor and hazzard items , the edges drawings sheet its very sharps and unfinished, its coming together with drawings pens but its very difficult to clean Please do not buy . Attached pictures.

I don’t understand how this company is allowed to continue trading based on the reviews below which i wish i had seen before placing an order.
Firstly, all the reviews in their website must be fake so don’t believe anything you read.
Secondly, false advertising. The toy i bought is tiny compared to what is shown on the website.
Thirdly, quality. The toy arrived in the thinnest carton they could find. The plastic was smashed in various places so the toy couldn’t be used and was actually unsafe to give to a child given the number of small pieces broken off.
I contacted Customer Services a number of times, having to explain everything again and again and being told the exact same answer. They’re clearly just using a script and can’t deviate from it. The first suggestion is to send the product back to China at my own cost, which would cost me more than the toy. The second suggestion is a 30% refund and i get to keep the unsafe toy. The third suggestion is a 50% refund and i get to keep the unsafe toy. And then it starts again with the first suggestion and it’s a loop - crazy. I don’t think my ask for a full refund was unfair since the toy cannot be used and wasn’t as advertised in the first place. Shocking service. They just keep going until you give up. Stay away!!

This is my order number from 2 weeks ago and I am still waiting for it not customer supports all looks good on the wed site but don't deliver it says UK but now its saying its at airport
Don't order for Xmas if you want it delivered and so far don't know what the goods are like
