Awful company

Waiting for a returns label have e mailed four times items are not as described

DO NOT USE

I have now receieved two items after being sent a replacment, both boxes damaged & also paint bust.
Not acceptable to give as a gift which is what they were intended for .Pricey to say the quality is poor

Scam website posing as an independent seller when they operate from China and everything is shipped from there in terrible quality. The toy I brought came in an almost flattened box, doesn't even properly work and parts of the toy were already open and ripped. They offered 10%, then 30% final discount to keep it. When I said I didn't even want it as it was not gift-able, they said I could return it to China but I'd have to pay. Which would cost me more than the 70% of the product I paid for in the end. Genuinely terrible and not sure how they can get away with it.

Ive read quite a lot of reviews but my experience was much better than others, placed an order, there was an issue with the order, so I cancelled it via the customer services (email) order was cancelled and a full refund issued.

Parcel arrived with box unsealed, totally squashed and damaged. Was meant to be a gift for my 6 year old granddaughter, but the box looks so bad I can't give it to her. Contacted the company who offered a 10% refund, which is useless. They refused to send a replacement item, so I'm off to find her a present from a reliable, trustworthy company. Don't touch these people, they're a nightmare.

Hi i also thought this was a uk company But it was impoeted and took 10 days I wont buy from tjis company again No after sales no return details etc Box was damaged making it unsuitable foyr a gift Bought when it was meant to be half price No way would i have paid 25 for this

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY
We bought a SkyGlider Launcher for our Grandson but are unable to give it to him due to the damage.
The package arrived severely beaten up - the launcher box was only put in a plastic bag for shipping so had no protection at all.
We requested a free returns label and full refund but have been going round in circles with their 'Support' person ever since. I am not sure the response is even coming from a 'human' because the same email keeps getting repeated.
They are offering just a 10% refund and blaming it all on the courier.
PLEASE DON'T SPEND YOUR MONEY WITH THEM AS THEY HAVE NO SENSE OF RESPONSIBILITY.

Packaging disgusting, boxes containing birthday gifts, both crushed and obviously RELAY (the company Tiny Dreams use for delivery) have contacted Relay and Tiny Dreams. Not a UK Company, just a receiver of goods from China, I chose them because they presented a front saying UK Company. Am very unhappy and have contacted the Courier RELAY, and TINY DREAMS, no response so far. I feel I have been duped. Avoid them, wish I had read the reviews.

I wish I had read previous reviews of this company. I wasn't expecting a top quality item given the price but I also didn't expect it to arrive in a broken condition. Although they portray themselves as a UK company, they simply act as a conduit for items direct from China. The delivery times are poor and the packing is totally unsuitable for the journey. The item arrived with two cracks in the screen. Post purchase customer service is non existent. Do yourself a favour and avoid Tiny-Dreams at all costs!

Slow delivery. Not as described when I opened the package. Items had been purchased for my classroom. Poor quality. Asked for a refund to be told id need to ship them back to China. Taken the 20% refund offered instead. Will never use again.

I have to say, horrified by reviews after ordering but contacted them and was reassured by Kyle. Very slow delivery but as stated. Product good value and works well. Box battered but I think that's a given for an item from Heathrow depot.

Absolute rubbish do not buy from rhis website very innacurate description. I could have bought this £12.99 item from my local pound shop

Impressive attention to detail. It feels like a toy that will grow with our child.

A complete rip off. Items ordered were wildly overpriced for the cheap quality delivered. Not only not worth the money, they are so cheaply made and packaged they could not be gifted. Stay away.

Absolutely dreadful! I wish I had checked trustpilot before I gave this ‘business’ my money. Ordered on the 23rd April, still not arrived! It seems when you place the order they then buy it from somewhere like China. I don’t hold much hope of receiving the toy which is….. ‘was’ for my Nephew’s 2nd birthday. If it does arrive I fully expect it to be really poor quality.
I hope this will prevent someone wasting their money & avoid more children being disappointed.

Not shipping not answering emails ,calling my bank scam website .

Waited far too long for my item to arrive .It was supposed to be 8 stunt cars .The advert showed these cars doing amazing somersaults but they don’t actually do anything unusual .Assume if paid by PayPal it is a genuine company .Will certainly not be caught again

I ordered a Christmas present for my grandson on 15 Dec, expecting it to be delivered before Christmas, it arrived 31st Dec.
I should have read the reviews before I placed the order as I wouldn’t have made the order.
I contacted the company about the late delivery and a quality of the product, the response I got was not very apologetic and advised me I could return the product at my own cost to an address in Austria! Which surprised me as I thought the company based in the UK.

I would not recommend this company at all.
