I’ve been trying to contact this…

I’ve been trying to contact this company for the last 2 weeks via several emails and phone calls. I just don’t understand why is there a phone number at all if they don’t answer. Anyway, when finally somebody picked up the phone he/she said that I would receive a follow up email regarding my online purchase that I had made almost a month ago and I still haven’t received my order. Gladly I paid visa PayPal so I can claim a refund. I’m extremely disappointed as I ordered a stroller for our vacation a month in advance and didn’t get to use it.

I have just looked into this for you and would like to start by apologising for you not being able to get in touch with us. We have had a few email issues in the past few weeks due to a change of server and our tech team are looking into this, but I know this has also caused a previous customer a few issues with emails not being recieved.

Regarding your order we have had a look and the Joie Pact was out of stock on the date of the order. The website had a delivery window of 21-28 days.

We are expecting them to come in this week and then will be getting your order sent out to you and it should be within that window

If you have already been on holiday and now no longer need the stroller please let us know and we will issue you with a full refund

I have sent out another email (maybe check the junk folder) explaining the delivery options

Technical problems and Parcelforce unreliable

I was very unlucky with this purchase.
The confirmation email or any other emails didn't arrive, not even to the spam and I could not contact them by phone.

The answer in TrustPilot sounded so paternalistic, I thought they weren't a real company and they wanted just to gaslight me. In these cases, it will be nicer if they say something like 'I am sorry you didn't get our emails...'

However, I have to say they finally phoned me and apologised several times.

More bad luck!
Parcel Force didn't provide the service they promised. I was told they will come the July 29th, then I got a text from Parcelforce telling me they will come on August 2nd. However, I got an email from TinyFeet telling me that my parcel was in the local Post Office. As we work from home we were in both days.
Finally, I emailed TF again, and this time was answered very quickly. Then, I had a look at the PF website to see the shipping status. In the end, I had to go to the Post Office and get the parcel from them.
Not very happy! I am heavily pregnant!

I asked TF to claim the shipping money from PF for me, I am not sure they are going to do it. However, it will improve the bad experience I had.

Review number two:
Apparently, they just answer if you use Trustpilot.
I haven't received any email from them and no one answer the phone.
Moreover, in my TF account, it says the same that yesterday IN BOTH ITEMS: Payment Complete, Delivery Pending.
If this company is not a scam the customer service is an absolute disgrace, YOU SHOULD NOT GASLIGHT CUSTOMERS.

Ten days ago I purchased two items, according to Tiny Feet I would have them sent between five and seven days.
In my TF account, it says that they are still delivery pending.
I emailed two days ago asking them when my items will be sent and I still don't have an answer.

This will be the last reply we make to you. We apologise for the delay but as mentioned an email was sent out and can only apologise if that was not recived. Your order will be with you a few days later than the delivery window on our website. The travel bag had a delivery window of 5-7 days but yhe bassinet raincover does state 7-10 days which you may not of read.

However if you are not satisfied with our service then I would recommend that you support your local nursery retailers in Scotland in the future rather than order online and leave comments when a delivery is two days late

Amazing service 10/10

Amazing service could not recommend enough! As a first time mum from the guidance and help when choosing what pram to go for, to the door step delivery service exactly when I needed the pram to save me storing. Delivered super quick and re-explained the pram and how to build etc before leaving! So so helpful and such a better service than high street stores, to the point I actually cancelled a previous order from another store to buy from Tiny Feet as the service impressed me so much. 10/10 for parents to be.

Amazing!!
I can’t recommend this company enough especially being first time parents we had no clue when choosing a pram! But I fell in love with the egg and from the start at the Nec Birmingham baby show to delivering yourself to our home.

Thank you so much for going the extra mile for us.

I very very rarely go to the extent of…

I very very rarely go to the extent of leaving a bad review but I have had a shocking experience with this company. I ordered 3 x babyzen yo-yo accessories before the queens jubilee weekend and didn’t receive anything for over a week. Fair enough it was a bank holiday, but I’d not even received a confirmation email. I tried to call upwards of 15 times before anyone actually answered the phone and when I did the man said that they were out of stock and had tried to email me. I asked for the email to be resent and it came through a couple of days later asking me what I would like to do. I asked for the item they had to be sent out, and the others to be refunded. Well it’s been nearly a month and I’ve had no more replies to any of my emails, no answered phone calls and I’ve had to reach out to PayPal to intervene for a refund. Not worth the hassle as they probably won’t have it in stock anyway!

Tiny Feet is THE BEST!

We were looking to get a stroller very last minute before the bank holiday weekends and we tried to go to the usual suspect big department stores. The staff there was unhelpful and almost laughed at us when we asked if they had it in stock.
I called Tony Feet and despite the bank holiday weekend, we got our stroller.
The person we dealt with was super friendly and helpful, followed up exactly when they said they would and got us exactly what we wanted.

Good customer service and great delivery

Bought the Jurassic grey egg pram set and the joie car seat as a bundle and was really pleased as this was the only place we could get both of them together at the Baby Show in March. The other stands could give us another car seat but we really wanted the Joie one.

The staff were really helpful at the show and we decided to buy it. We were told the delivery would be within 3/4 weeks and at 4 weeks I had forgotten about it so I emailed to ask when roughly I might receive the order (wasn’t a huge rush but I just wanted to confirm) and was told they were waiting for the car seats delivery and it would be early the following week. Once the car seat was in stock I got a further email arranging delivery for a day or so later. Shehzad turned up exactly when he said he would, on time with all the bits we had ordered. Explained the warranty and said if we had any issues contact him. We haven’t opened the pram yet but can see all the bits are there and am really pleased. Would definitely order from Tiny Feet again as they are super responsive when you email and deliver exactly when they say they will. Thank you so much!

Friendly, helpful, efficient service

We purchased the Jurassic Gold egg2 travel system from Tiny Feet at the Baby Show in early March and the guys were fantastic. Really friendly and relaxed with practical knowledge for every configuration.
Having seen a full demo early on, we saw further demos by the Egg Brand Manager on their own stand, who provided us with lots of info, but the way the Tiny Feet guys really sold all the fine details of the system was a totally different experience. Having seen demos from nearly every brand there, and pushing close to closing time, they were happy to give us a further demo still and full product break down, with tips & tricks included!

Delivery time was set at 4-6 weeks, and it only dawned on me after about 4 weeks that I hadn't heard anything, so I dropped them an email one evening. I received a reply within a very short time and despite an earlier email obviously having gone astray, delivery was made at 8.30am the following day, in person. All warranty info was fully explained including a customer care follow up email later in the day to ensure everything was OK.

Really pleased and it all looks fantastic too!

We purchased a babyzen connect at the Baby Show and have been really impressed with the service and help from Tiny Feet. They answered our million questions at the show and were so helpful and friendly. There was no pressure to buy they just wanted to make sure we had the information we needed. Very personable and flexible in terms of delivery too. Would highly recommend Tiny Feet, thank you!

Bought an Egg pram pushchair bundle off of Shehzad and his team at Excel Baby Show
Ace who showed us the product was brilliant not too pushy and very informative felt very comfortable talking to him and this made us decide to actually buy from their stand
The price was very competitive compared to online prices for the same bundle
It was all delivered on time as promised and Shehzad reassured us all about our warranty timescales as baby isn’t due until August
All in all we would highly recommend using this company Tiny Feet as their customer service and price point are excellent

Tiny Feet has excellent customer service

Tiny Feet has excellent customer service, I ordered the Babyzen yoyo and they could not do enough to make sure I got the colour I wanted and that I had it in time for our holiday. I have just recently also purchased the babyzen footmuff and Tiny Feet delivered it to my door that same day. I would highly recommend!

Speedy delivery and great customer service!

So impressed with the fantastic and speedy service from Tiny Feet! We ordered the BabyZen Yoyo2 complete with newborn pack last night and it was delivered at 9am this morning! We found Tiny Feet listed as a supplier on the BabyZen website and they offered the best deal by far. Really pleased to have saved money and experienced such great customer service!

Incredible service and a great price!

Incredible service and a great Sale price!

We were directed to the Tiny Feet site from the BabyZen Official Site directly. Tiny Feet offered the best sale price for the YOYO² Complete set but initially we could not see the colour way we wanted.

We emailed TinyFeet to explain and they immediately responded to say they had had a delivery of our desired colour way and made it available to order on the site.

Once ordered I was contacted but the store too advise that they were able to deliver the buggy & accessories the next day despite quoting 5 working days.

All in all blown away by the service. Would recommend to all.
