Placed an order for an item that showed as in stock and due for delivery within a week. I found it difficult getting in touch with no reply to phone calls/msgs (although a reply from the company to an enquiry raised on their website indicated the phone had been stolen so they had ordered a replacement sim). Following this I was told the item would be ready to send in a few days time as they had delays in shipments. Slightly disconcerting as the item was shown in stock when order was placed. Replied to indicate we can wait for the new date. New date came and no delivery or message from the company which required me to chase up and be told that there was a new stock date following this. Due to the lack of comms and ongoing delays decided to refund the whole order. Rated 2 stars instead of 1 as atleast the refund process was smooth.

I made an order on Sept 18th and wrote to the team and have tried calling the number on the webpage during working hours but with no response (not even a voicemail). Please can someone from the business let me know what has happened as we have paid a lot of money but without any response to queries (Order: TF27269)?

The service I received from Tiny Feet Online was outstanding. The delivery was super fast and I cannot recommend them enough. I needed a stroller ASAP and they went above and beyond to make sure it was delivered to me on time.

This was our first time ordering from Tiny Feet, we compared prices and they offered the most competitive on the items we wanted. The order was delayed because of issues with the supplier, but each time we contacted Tiny Feet we received a prompt response with an updated timeline, and eventually someone from Tiny Feet collected the items from the warehouse and hand delivered them to us to speed things up, along with a little gift for the delay. Overall we were very happy with Tiny Feet and appreciated the small business customer service, which we would never had received if we’d ordered from a big shop! We will happily shop there again.

I have ordered a pair of baby shoes on 19 of September after 10 days the product is still in China!!

Till it comes it would not fit to his feet anymore!!

Do not recommend to order online at all!

Excellent service, would highly recommend. I purchased two items online but realised I was going to be passing the shop that afternoon. With the weather being awful, I needed the rain covering ASAP. I called the store and they were so helpful, allowing me to pick up the items and also refunding my postage there and then. Thank you Tiny Feet!

Excellent service from start to finish, offered great advice and a real personable experience. Shehzad even personally delivered the Bugaboo bee6 which was a real nice touch and price matched John Lewis which I found very impressive.

I ordered the egg2 luxury combo in a rush and they had only one piece left in stock for jurassic grey. They always answered my calls, gave me real time updates when I asked and were very cooperative in service and delivery. Extremely professional service and top quality products! The shop offers a wide range of great quality products and we booked a demonstration in person for a travel system. Shehzad was very professional in showing us how to use the different parts of the system, and very prepared in the detailed description of all the features and the technical characteristics of the product, paying particularly attention to the baby's safety and comfort. We decided to buy the product straight after the demonstration, and it was very easy making the order through the website. The shipping and delivery process were very quick, and Shehzad was very responsive when we asked for updates, as well as kind and polite. He delivered the travel system personally to our door, and we are happy and satisfied! I would highly recommend to use this service!

The worst shopping experience ever. I placed my irder on the 30th of April 2020!!!! No response from the shop tilll this day and we have today 15/04/2021. They dont answer the phone and dont reply to my emails. I am shocked that people are still buying there.

Excellent experience with Tiny Feet. We were looking for a Babyzen travel system but we still had a few questions. We found on Youtube a very detailed video created by Tiny Feet regarding Babyzen products which helped answer everything. It was exactly what we needed so we went ahead and placed the order on Sunday around 11 PM. Imagine our shock to be called the very next evening and have the travel system delivered to us in less than 24 hours, and on the bank holiday Monday. Outstanding service.

Even better, the gentleman who delivered our system was the same person in the Babyzen video. He was very friendly and took another 3-5 minutes going over what was delivered and how to get started with our new travel system.

Last but definitely not least, this was the best price I found for this travel system anywhere. I spent a good few hours researching before buying it from Tiny Feet. Highly recommended !!!
