The service was good and they kept me informed of progress. Only problem was their delivery company who gave too little notice of delivery so we had no chance to change the date so we were out and then they just dumped the package on the doorstep visible from the road.

Excellent product highly recommend very good quality and the fit is perfect on my VW Golf. My car seats feel more comfortable with the seat covers on and peace of mind of protecting the seats from becoming worn.

Good quality strong covers hard wearing fabric should last a long time and they stay in place.

No cut outs for seatbelt stems

Just the one niggle apart from that a really good product.

Fantastic customer service, prompt and helpful replies to emailed enquiries and a great product. I'm very happy with the cover. Fitting it into my SUV was quite challenging but that is down to the height and depth of the boot, not the product. The cover is very well made out of very tough material with every edge bonded with a stitched binding. I'm confident that will last a long time.

It's too early to say how robust the cover will be but it seems tough enough and looks like it will offer good protection.

My cover is for a Yeti and it has one cut out to allow a boot light to shine but not the other one.

Also to get to the 'cubby' holes that sit behind the liner either side you have to pull the cover off from the velcro (you really need to hold the velcro that is stuck to the car otherwise it peels away never to stick again).

Some of the stitching where the velcro has been stitched to the liner was loose and needs to be resewn to make it last (I can manage that but it was disappointing given this is a premium priced product).

The extension piece for when the seats are down and the bumper protector are good additions and worth paying for.

Overall I'm satisfied but not singing from the rooftops on this one.
