Titanic Lara, Terrible hotel, was meant to be a relaxing holiday break however as they have Olympic size pools and football pitches they accommodate a lot of football teams. Naturally the place becomes overloaded with amateur footballs teams who gather in the communal areas and congregate near the lifts which means coming out and going in rooms and waiting for lunch/dinner becomes a queueing system and when you have little kids it’s very difficult. This is not a family friendly hotel at any costs despite their website saying it is. Had I know there would have been a 100 men using the facilities I would have never booked it.

Please do not use this company, I have booked the hotel in Turkey with this company and paid £1350 and they advert the hotel is 4 star and rating 9.5 out of 10, now I am in Turkey and the hotel so bad and the staff are so rude, I am with my wife and 1 year old baby in middle of Istanbul and don’t know what to do!!!

Staff in this resort were atrocious. They have trouble understanding English, and only smile when tipped. The hotel prices are expensive and on top of that they expect you to tip. For a 5 star hotel to have tip boxes around every corner is utterly embarrassing. Reason for the 2 star is due to customer service, the reception staff were extremely rude wouldn’t smile and were rushing to check us in. When going for our food we would wait around the tables for about 15-20 mins until someone would ask us for drinks. After approaching they seemed to be annoyed. However, after taking my wallet out they’re mood starts to change, we customer do notice these things, definetly don’t deserve tips after that. Don’t recommend this hotel for either families or couples. I would recommend Delphin BE resort and Limak Lara you would love it there.

Ps in my opinion this hotel is not family friendly. They have poor entertainment and during off and peak times the hotel has majority of football players staying there for training. This can either make or break your holiday. For example, in our lobby the team were performing they’re stretches. Also kicking the ball around the lobby.

Stayed at the titanic Lara beach, Antalya twice and I cannot rate it enough. It is superb, something for everyone. Food is fantastic and the staff cannot do enough for you. Rooms are a good size, and kept clean throughout your stay. The mini bar is stocked daily, and the air-conditioning is a god send. The beach hut for towels is a brilliant idea. Will be coming back soon 😀
