Great experience, site was very informative, very excited to finally get some great and much needed sleep and a healthcare worker :)

The buying process was very smooth website was very informative and the price was the best for what i was looking for 5 stars

Easy online order experience. Specifications easy to find and understand.

6'5 270 lbs. The first time I bought a Titan mattress I was 375 lbs. Titan mattresses are supportive of big guys and hold up over time. They are always cheaper than other brands, and have exceptional quality and longevity with their mattresses. Will definitely buy Titan again for a 3rd mattress in the future.

Hiya! I actually was on the fence of buying when Jason reached out and answered my questions. Then I made a wrong purchase and Eduardo helped me to return so I could repurchase the right size. Excellent customer service!

Very seamless experience

Found the mattress I wanted from the reviews and I am very happy for the easiness of ordering on line.

The website made the ordering process easy. I had done research and read many reviews so coming to the website and having an easy shopping experience was grand. I have visual issues so it was very much appreciated

Jordan was so helpful

It was easy to buy this mattress straight from the Titan website. Thank you for allowing me to use my paypal. There was also a nice, very much appreciated 30% off labor day sale that extended beyond labor day which was great for me because I am indecisive. Cannot wait to receive my full sized Plus Luxe mattress. My current BigFig mattress is way too firm and hurts my lower back, hips & legs. It's going to be nice getting some actual sleep.

Using the Titan website was easy, the reviews help with decisions being made. Everything I read was specific to our needs and we noted very positive outcomes from others. The price and information was what held us to this decision

easy straightforward- I really used chatgpt with my body size and position of sleep. it was the number one option. Titan Plus Luxe

Good price, easy to find the right mattress for ME, and no shipping charge.

Very informative website helped narrow down my choices. Checkout was quick and easy.

Easy to navigate website that was resourceful as well

This is a different niche type of bed than I've normally bought. The video explanations and product descriptions were informative and helpful.

It was easy and simple to shop and buy the mattress I wanted.

Easy to navigate website with easy to find information available.
