Great selection of items, very well packaged. Prices were reasonable and delivery was good value and fairly speedy. When the package arrived, I realised it was a local business to me so i'll check out out the physical shop one day!

Thank you for taking the time to review us and we're sorry that your order hasn't met your expectations.
We received your order on a Friday which in line with our terms, we dispatch within two working days which we manged to do with your order being posted on the Tuesday, and then Royal Mail delivering it within the 48 hours that you wanted. We do aim to post quicker however it is always delayed at weekends unfortunately with sending items.
We're sorry that you feel you have received damaged Pops. We would always welcome contact prior to a review to discuss this and establish what damage there is and how it could have been caused, especially if its caused in transit which is outside of our control.
We will be sending you an email following this message to discuss this with you and hopefully reach a happy resolution!
