You ordered your parcel on Tuesday night with us dispatching and posting it on Thursday. We state on our website that we take up to two working days to dispatch items, which in this case we have.
The 48 hours is for Royal Mail to deliver it, which they have done by us sending it Thursday and it being delivered on Saturday.
Apologises for any confusion here but we appreciate your feedback to look to make this clearer going forward.

Excellent all round service. The 3 pop figures were wrapped as well the box being padded out to protect them further.
