I have ordered a few things from Townsend Music and they never fail to deliver. Always delivered in perfect condition and on time, every time. Ordering process is very easy and straightforward. They are my number 1 go to for cd's. Always excellent service, and great prices. I honestly can't praise them enough. No need to go anywhere else.

4 different albums i have pre ordered…
4 different albums i have pre ordered vinyls or CD's for from Townsend music and all 4 have been delayed/pushed back. It's a shame upcoming bands use Townsend as even the bands become frustrated with them. Always the same excuses too. And massively inflated postage prices. Very poor service

Excellent customer service
Placed an order for 4 items that were despatched in 3 packages, unfortunately 1 package was damaged upon receipt. This damaged the poster inside. I reported this and asked if it was possible for a replacement to be sent. I received a prompt positive reply and a perfect poster arrived in a couple of days. I was kept informed about the replacement and the despatch date which was very helpful. A friendly and professional service which was much appreciated.

The Customer Service work is excellent
The Customer Service work is excellent. I received the damaged item in the first place, reported it right away and sent photos of the damage. People from TCS reacted very quickly and few days later I received another copy, this time in mint condition. That's how Customer Services all around the world should do their job... it's rare these days. Thank You, best regards!

Great service from Townsend as ever. The communication was good. Item arrived exactly as described. Regular updates welcomed. Album arrived on day of release. It was well wrapped and it was clearly marked on the outside that the contents should be handled with care in transit and delivery.

Excellent service, good coms, well packaged and quick delivery on or just before release date. Everything you could ask for. I've used Townsend Music several times now. They offer unique items unavailable in high street shops or other online retailers. They appear to work directly with and have good relationships with the artists, which makes the whole thing feel more personal and special.
