Repair of my samsung bud 3pro was timely. Earbuds was replaced and sent back seamlessly. Proper communication via email was maintained by the company all through the period of repair and return.

Unfortunately I can't give it zero stars.
Firstly, the watch is exactly the same as before I sent it for repair.
Secondly, there is zero communication from them to ask what is the problem with the watch or what they have done .
So overall extremely disappointed.

They actually tested my tablet and found the fault, rather than just ignoring my comments and signing it off as working.
They were responsive and kept me informed of developments.

The collection of my phone was swift, following the reporting of the fault. Then the ability to track my repair and receive accurate and informative updates on the status of the repair was very much appreciated. The phone was returned within a week, with the fault rectified. First class service!

I sent my samsung watch which was not keeping charge ie: less than 8 hrs of standby usage from full charge . After the repairs the initial battery discharge issue is still there. I think it has gone worse. service order ref: 4292858228

Great repairs, phone came back looking brand new. Was told it could be 11 days, less than a week. Great communication, knew when they got my phone, what was going on and when it was coming back.

The process of waiting for a courier at home to collect my device is very inconvenient worse still having completed that it was returned unevaluated or repaired despite my having paid an evaluation fee of 30 pounds so I had to go through this process again first to collect the unrepaired item then to send it away again. then I am uncertain how long I have had this ring but to be told it is not covered by guarantee and charged another 284 pounds making the total 315 only 35 pounds less that the original cost of the ring for a replacement seem a lot to me for a device I expect many years od service from.

Helpful and easy! I was able to get the help I needed when my Samsung ring had battery issues, easy to schedule the pick-up with DPD and had a new one shipped to me within a few days.

Straightforward process to book the repair and arrange collection. Fast repair service - I had it back within a week. I was also kept up to date when they had received the device, when the repair was complete and when it had been dispatched back to me.

I'd noticed the SpO2 function had stopped working after 7 months (Aug 25). After a few phone calls to Samsung support they decided to collect my watch for TMT First to replace the rear case, test and return. This was a very efficient process taking 8 working days including collection and delivery days and that also included weather delays. SpO2 function is now working as expected.
