I love tn town great company

I love tn town great company love there selection.
Prices at tntown are really good as well as that the packaging was perfect, product was perfect and delivery was really quick.

We received your order on December 31st. Your parcel was shipped out on January 3rd via Royal Mail's Tracked 48 service.

We can see from the tracking number that your parcel is currently in transit to Northern Ireland. Due to severe weather (snow & ice) currently across the UK, please allow extra time for delivery as this is affecting courier deliveries.

I ordered TN wolf grey from this company 2 weeks ago and still not had a email confirmation or any other updates
Would definitely not recommend

Your order was placed on December 26th via our standard shipping (2-5 working days).

Due to a backlog at our warehouse over the festive period, combined with severe weather across the UK affecting operations, logistics & courier deliveries, regrettably we were unable to dispatch your parcel until today (6 working days after ordering).

We can only apologise for the inconvenience caused here, the tracking number has now been sent across to your email.

I emailed 3 days ago to sort out my problem and yet I have had no reply ???!!!
My order on Royal Mail says delivered but it hadn’t been my mum was in the whole day when it said it had been delivered and not one knock was ever given and it says must require signature which you can ask on royal mails side that there wasn’t one ???

We can see from the tracking number that your parcel was delivered on 13th December at 12:55 & signed for by 'MANN'.

We responded to your email 2 days after receiving it. As per our terms & conditions which were accepted at checkout - the proof of delivery & GPS coordinates show that the parcel was successfully delivered.

3 pairs of trainers I’ve ordered from…

3 pairs of trainers I’ve ordered from here covered in glue marks, clearly most are Nike returns and now because I’ve sent back 3 pairs of trainers threatening to ban me I usually give places benefit of doubt if they don’t get it right twice but definitely not here. I’ve spent £40 on trainers for myself to not even keep here, seen as you have to pay for returns, you’d have thought with their prices it’d be bang on!😳🤦🏻‍♂️

Between May 9th 2024 - November 5th 2024 you have ordered £650 worth of shoes.

You returned all 3 orders due to not being happy with Nikes quality control despite all pairs being brand new with box. Having inspected the shoes you sent back - there was nothing wrong with them & it seems you are just particular when it comes to trainers.

As a small business, returning such a high volume of orders is very costly for us as we have to reimburse the transaction fees, website fees & original postage costs - not to mention the time spent packing & fulfilling your orders only for them to be returned through no fault of our own.
