it was a gift for a friends one year old. he loves it and I am sure will get plenty of use out of it. I raised 2 boys, now young adults and I bought this because I appreciate the need to keep hands busy and without electronics!!!

I ordered the busy book for my granddaughter that will be turning 1 next month. It’s for her birthday so she hasn’t played with it yet, but I’ve had fun with it. The book is well made, shipping was fast, and communication from Toddla is excellent. I would recommend a busy book for anyone with a baby/toddler.

I bought the travel book with all of…
I bought the travel book with all of the activities in it for my great-granddaughter’s 2nd birthday. When she opened the present her eyes got big and she said “Oooooo.” Her mother tells me that she loves it and plays with it all the time. It is very well made and has all kinds of activities in it that help with hand-eye coordination and hand dexterity.

What would have made it 5 star?The flashcards would be SO much better and easy to recognize if they had a photo of the item than the artist rendering.

Very disappointing experience
I purchased the fruit and vegetable sorting toys. When I ordered it from Toddla the storefront at the top of the page said USA so I assumed that is where the company was located. Upon receiving the item the package was noticeably smaller than how it appeared online. It appeared to be a choking hazard so when I tried to return it was told it would have to be mailed to Australia. Nowhere on there website did it mention returns going to Australia. If so I would never have purchased it. It was going to cost more to ship than I paid for item. When I contacted customer service they offered me a 30% refund and said I could keep item. When I escalated and mentioned reporting to Better Business Bureau and state’s attorney office they then offered a 50% refund. I turned it down. Buyer Beware!

The pieces are designed as toddler-sized play food and are substantially larger than small choking-hazard parts. However, children should always use the toy according to its age guidance and under adult supervision.
Toddla is not represented as a US-based company. Our website automatically displays localized storefront information and currency based on a customer’s location for convenience. Our refund policy, available on the website before purchase, explains the applicable return process.
When you contacted us, we offered several resolutions in accordance with that policy, including a 30% refund without requiring a return. After reviewing your concerns about the international return cost, we escalated the matter and received exceptional approval to increase the offer to 50%, which you declined. This increase was granted following our internal review and was not made because you mentioned the Better Business Bureau or other authorities.
You are, of course, entitled to contact the Better Business Bureau or any appropriate consumer authority. We will cooperate fully and provide the relevant order information, policies, and communication history if requested.
We regret that we could not reach a resolution you found satisfactory, but our team made every reasonable effort to assist within the available options.

I purchased the Montessori busy board for my 2yo and we absolutely love it! He stays occupied and plays independently with the book. I love that we have been able to cut back tremendously on screen time during car rides with the help of the busy board!
